Excellent accommodation for a short visit at Lake Garda.

Very nice family owned property. Quiet neighborhood not far from the lake. Room was stylish and comfortable. Super friendly staff who proactively looked after our needs. Breakfast was really tasty. I can definitely recommend Villa Elena.

Your warm hospitality made our stay a pleasure!

Absolutely fantastic an apartment, everything is newest and very clean, the best breakfast we ate in our vacation in Italy. An amazing landscape view on Desenzano del garda. But everything that was wrote before is nothing compared to the personality of hostess at the hotel. Sofia was very kindness for us! Everything that she's recommended has met our an expectation for 100% We would like to thank you for spending a few days in your apartments! Highly Recommended! Your warm hospitality made our stay a pleasure!

Lovely hospitality that’s just steps from Garda Lake.

The property was new and clean and centrally located and the breakfast was very generous & included fresh croissants baked in house every day. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature you could adjust on your own and there was lots of hot water and water pressure. The best thing about this B&B is the hosts. Sofia was absolutely amazing and friendly and hard-working.

Such a minor thing but I wish that there was facial tissue in the room. That said I did request some and Sofia brought me a package.

A wonderful vacation in Lake Garda

I stayed 8 nights with my family in Villa Elena in Desenzano del Garda - it was no less than perfect!!! The host (dearest Sophia!) took care of us as if we were her closest family! She spoiled us with generous & super fresh breakfasts! She was always available for any question we had and also shared with us tons of information & suggestions! The rooms in her Villa are brand new!! (you could actually smell it! :) The design is so beautiful and modern. The location of the Villa is perfect - a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes walking from the lake! In short, if you intend to visit Desenzano del Garda - don't miss Villa Elena!!!

Spacious room with a lovely bathroom and balcony. Lovely breakfast. Location was tricky as very little transportation but our host was very kind in offering us lifts to various locations.

The room was sparkling clean, and our very nice hosts, Sofia and Marco offer us many good restaurants, beaches, and tourist places to see. Parking is available on the street right next to the villa. only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Really quiet, cozy and modern room and bathroom. Thank you and gladly we will come back again . . .

AMAZING! Marco was so sweet and helpful during our stay, he sent us lots of information on where to visit and different restaurants to try. Nothing was asking too much, he really went out of his way to make our stay feel special. The property is at a great location, walking distance to lots of local shops/restaurants and a very short drive to a lovely garden beach. I hope to stay again very soon!

Great choice, I would recommend for those who are not in need of luxury and glamorous fancy rooms

Rooms are nice and clean, quite spacious. Just in front of the Villa you will find local bakery selling other goods like Italian hams and cheeses and wine. Round the corner pizzeria more for locals living around but prices, staff and pizza itself - absolutely fantastic! 5 mins of walk to lake Garda promenade. It's around 30 - 40 minutes of calm walk to get to Desenzano del Garda using the promenade. We were only ladies and even though we walked late evening from Desenzano and around the block we felt in the are very safe and comfortable. The only thing which I would recommend to improve are breakfasts. Although fresh they are pretty poor in choice. However the coffee is OK :)

A perfect spot to explore the region.

A clean nice place and a brilliant host. We were supposed to stay just for 1 night and we stayed for 2- a central location to explore Lake Garda and Venice (by train). The host makes a wonderful fresh omelette, and there is a great pizza restaurant just around the corner.

Great Hosts and Location

Marco and Sophia were very warm and welcoming. They made sure to check in with us for any and everything. Even when there was a small inconvenience, they rushed to fix the situation and apologised severally for it. I will definitely love to come back if I ever visit Garda again.

Absolutely fantastic!

Our stay at Villa Elena was absolutely fantastic. Our host were so caring and friendly! Top notch location! The rooms are brand new, luxurious and comfy with a nice terrasse. You take your breakfast (which was very good too) on a lovely big terrasse with a small view on the lake! Very quiet! We can't recommend enough and will definitely come back there!!

The location is wonderful. So close to the Lake. You can see the lake and Castello de Sirmione from the breakfast terrace. The Rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean.

Alles sehr großzügig, modernes Badezimmer, Kühlschrank, ein Safe, viele Lademöglichkeiten und sehr gemütliche Matratzen! Die Wirtin war sehr nett und hat uns jeden Morgen leckere Eier nach Wahl gemacht. Unseres Fahrräder wurden in der Garage gelagert.

Fantastischer Urlaub mit sehr netten Gastgebern!

Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch mit sehr vielen süßen Komponenten. Auf Bestellung werden leckere Omelettes oder Rühreier serviert, Kaffee macht man sich selbst mit einer Kapselmaschine, es sind verschiedene Kaffee-Sorten vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, sauber und die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich nett und geben gute Tipps für Sightseeing oder Restaurants und versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man kann auch Fahrräder leihen, haben wir aber nicht gemacht.

Ich habe hier in der Tat nichts zu bemängeln.

De Gastvrouw Sophia maakte het verblijf zeer aangenaam alles was goed verzorgd en zij zorgde ervoor dat je niks tekort kwam. Accomodatie was schoon en goed verzorgd en elke ochtend een heerlijk verzorgde ontbijt. Als wij het een cijfer moeten geven een dikke 11. Het was voor ons een perfecte uitvalsbasis om alle richtingen op te gaan met de auto. Dorpen in de buurt en de strada richting de steden allemaal goed te doen.

Schöne Zimmer, gute Ortsrandlage, super Frühstück

Gute Ortsrandlage, wo man das Auto gut kostenlos in den Nebenstraßen abstellen kann. Moderne Zimmer, sauber, ordentlich, mit Balkon. Dusche geräumig. Frühstück auch auf der der Terrasse möglich. Eier und Kaffee wird gernbe zubereitet. Alles sehr lecker und frisch. Freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr hilfsbereit ist und unterstützt, wo sie kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Uns hat alles gefallen! Man muss nur wissen, dass man ein paar (breite) Treppen steigen muss, um zu den Zimmern zu gelangen. Aber das ist kein Minus, nur eine Information für zukünftige Gäste.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen . Tolles Frühstück und super Ambiente .Zimmer sind hell und gut eingerichtet , ein Balkon und seperaten Eingang zum Zimmer . Parkplatz direkt vor der Villa . Toller Urlaub

W- LAN ist leider sehr schwach im Zimmer 3 . Verriegelte Zwischentür zum anderen Zimmer lässt leider viel vom Geräuschepegel der Nachbarn durch .Das Haus ist nach aussen gut isoliert ,innen leider etwas hellhörig,liegt an durchgehende Wände und Leitungen . Unsere Matratzen waren leider etwas durch ( liege kulen) .

Les chambres sont très propres, de qualité, neuves, avec un petit balcon agréable. Emplacement calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bien servi ( kellogs, pain, confiture, choco, fruits, charcuteries, œuf, viennoiseries, cafe, jus,…) Sofia qui s’occupe de nous est très agréable, sociable et serviable ! Toujours à notre service si besoin & elle n’hésite pas à nous conseiller pour profiter pleinement du lac de garde. Je recommande cet établissement. Merci Sofia

Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door Sofia, ze geeft uitleg over mogelijke activiteiten en restaurants. Ook met hoe we ons het beste kunnen verplaatsen hielp ze ons. Ontbijt is vers en heel verzorgd net als de kamer ook super proper en ruim. Een echte aanrader!!!

Skvělá a dostatečně rozmanitá snídaně, naprosto profesionální a přitom milý a vstřícný přístup mladých hostitelů. Téměř okamžitá odezva na cokoliv. Obzvláště se slečnou Sofií jsme si často povídali, probírali naše plány a získávali od ní spoustu cenných informací a doporučení. Budeme na toto překrásné místo dlouho vzpomínat...

Bylo by skvělé mít kousek stínu pro parkování u ubytování ale samozřejmě záleží na aktuálním počasí.
