Loved it

Paula the lady who attends the facility was extremely obliging and friendly. The apartment was appointed beautifully and although a bit of a distance from city centre quick access to beach and restaurants in area. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good value for money and nice host

Paola is a very friendly and nice host. She met us upon arrival and we got a we got a free room upgrade. This is a nice hotel near lake Garda. It's located on a quite street. There are several markets and restaurants accessble both by foot and car.

Lovely stay in a nice town, would like to visit again

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern with a balcony as well. The hostess, Paula, is a very kind and adorable person. She welcomed us heartily although we don't speak Italian but she can some english so we understood each other. The shower has lights which change color depending on the water temperature! I've never seen something like that. The restaurants and beach are 5mins walk from the property. During our stay, there was the rugbyfest on the beach. Loads of people there dancing, eating and drinking. Even families with small children. In the morning, Paula brought us coffee and croissants for breakfast (additional small charge) to get us started. There are parking places for six cars inside the gates.

Perfect stay for some quiet time on Lake Garda

Great staff and attention to any request. The location is perfect for a nice walk at the center as well as fast beach access. Nice restaurants around and the perfect spot for some relaxing time a few minutes away from Desenzano Del Garda.

Was not able to figure out the AC, but I didn't ask for help. The AC was available anyway. I would have preferred having more instructions in the room about the AC as well as the Wifi.

Lovely Lake Garda Stay

It is well located to Rivoltella and Desenzano! The room was large, clean and cool from the welcome air conditioning! the highlight was having not one, but two terraces to ourselves! The rooftop terrace was a fantastic place to lounge and sunbathe with a view of the lake! Paola, the owner is amazing, so friendly and hospitable! She arranged cappuccino and croissants each morning for 5€ and swapped numbers via WhatsApp so she was easy to contact! We would definitely return!

Great accommodation with an equally great host

The accommodation was very clean and the shower was amazing - just what was needed after seeing the sights in 36 degree temperatures. Paola went out of her way to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible, even helping us with taxis when we were struggling to get to a family event on time. Highly recommended

The lake view is a distant one, but the accommodation made up for it!

The care and attention with the detail of the room and building was very apparent. The jacuzzi bath was a very luxurious touch. The beds where very comfy and the rooms, building and surrounding area of the ppace was very clean. The owner was very nice and super helpful with recommendations.

To be picky the only thing was the upwards lights and lights around the jacuzzi bath would have been better if you could dim them down. Other than that it everything was perfect

the property is beautiful and in a great location where a lot of incredible areas are easily reachable by car. the rooms are incredibly clean with great natural light, super modern and spacious. we booked the room with the hot tub and it was spectacular! perfect for a couple. we were received by Paola and she was an incredible host, so kind and sweet and catered to all our needs. would definitely love to visit again, especially in summer time!

L’host ha cambiato la camera che avevo scelto senza avvisarmi, costringendomi ad andar via, perché non soddisfatta, anche per il fatto che camera era fredda, con il riscaldamento a pavimento che avrebbe riscaldato l’ambiente nel giro di un paio d’ore, cosa che mi ha impedito di svestirmi o fare una doccia.

La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era molto grande, luminosa e in una struttura appena restaurata; la posizione della casa è buona e poco rumorosa. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

l'Unico appunto che posso fare a un soggiorno eccellente è il materasso che per noi era un pochino rigido ma è un dato molto soggettivo e non di vitale importanza!

Perfetto!

La stanza è pulitissima, con un balconcino per godersi la tranquillità della zona. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. C’è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione in camera e per noi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Il parcheggio privato poi è una comodità in questa zona!
