The room is old fashioned. No noise isolation at all. You hear everything outside of the room and from other rooms. Take it into consideration when booking as it was a huge problem for us.

The host was very welcoming and made the stay a pleasure. There are animals on site which are very calm and made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was a good addition but above all, we were very happy by the host's treatment. I would highly recommend if staying in Garda.

A fabulous time

Fantastic host. Very friendly and happy to help. The location is also great, not far to walk to the lake, town or train station but you can also get the bus if needed. You can get a boat to other towns like Sirmione and Garda easily and the train to Milan and Verona doesn’t take long. There are also two friendly dogs at the property which is a bonus.

Cosy B&B with very friendly hosts! Nice swimming pool and free bike rental was included. Very clean rooms and a nice breakfast. Hosts were always around to help! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Fabulous

My partner and I have just stayed at this lovely B&B in Desenzano, Lake Garda for several nights. We had a brilliant host, Fiorella, who made us feel welcome into her home. The pool was clean and the garden had sun all day, with some shaded spots. It takes 10 minutes to walk down to the lake/town which is great. Also, the B&B is walking distance to the train station and bus stops. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice from croissants to cold meats and eggs. Juice and coffee was also available. The room was spacious and had everything you needed and was cleaned daily too which was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here- thanks again :)

Ottima posizione strategica. In meno di 10 minuti si arriva già sul lungo lago. Una volta parcheggiata l auto l abbiamo lasciata lì 2 giorni😊. La signora fiorella è stata gentilissima . Lo consiglio .

Le camere sono molto ampie ed accoglienti dotate di un bagno altrettanto spazioso, dove ho trovato molti "gadget"(crema corpo, cotton fioc, piccola lima). Il prezzo è vantaggioso e la posizione abbastanza buona.

Le camere sono poco insonorizzate e la cucina è in comune.
