Wir sind spätnachmittags angekommen und waren hocherfreut, einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus zu haben. Ebenso konnten wir unsere Räder in einem Anbau sicher unterbringen.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad ebenso. Alles war sehr sauber. Vorteilhaft ist die vorhanden Klimaanlage (wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes 35 °C Außentemperatur).
Leider gab es eine Unstimmigkeit bei booking, so dass wir kein Frühstück hatten. Die Vermieter setzten aber alles menschmögliche daran, uns eins zu organisieren. Dazu ein ganz großes Lob an Stefano.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 1 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Mit unseren Rädern war das kein Problem. Es gibt aber auch genügend Lokale in laufweite.
Unterkunft und Vermieter sind empfehlenswert.

La ubicación porque está cerca del centro de la localidad y, a la vez, de la estación del tren pero al mismo tiempo está alejada de fuentes de ruido que interrumpan el descando ya que está rodeada de amplios jardines. La comunicación con el propietario Stefano es fácil y fluida. Excelente ubicación para descubrir algunas localidades del lago de Garda.

Was there for a wedding and the host helped us when we got stuck (which they didn't have to). The house is a real treasure of old paintings of the area and 20th century furniture. If you want to stay near lake garda and have the train/bus nearby this is a underrated place.
Hosts were very quick on communicating and were helpful when we got into transport difficulties as well as questions on the area. There is AC for those who can't cope with the warm Italian weather.
That we didn't see the house cat :(

La posizione é ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Desenzano. Ci sono tanti ristoranti e bar nei dintorni. L'appartamento é molto silenzioso e il piccolo giardino privato delizioso. Stefano e sua madre sono molto disponibili e cordiali.
La colazione purtroppo l'abbiamo trovata un po' limitata.
