De eigenaresse was ontzettend vriendelijk bij ontvangst. De communicatie was snel en goed.
Voor de prijs verwachtten wij geen vijf-sterren hotel, maar het appartement was niet schoon en fris. We hebben echt meerdere grote plukken haar in de douche aangetroffen. De douche was dus niet goed schoon. Er zat ook schimmel is. Daarnaast waren de handdoeken en het beddengoed erg oud en ze roken niet vries. Ook de slaapkamer rook niet fris en er was geen prullenbak in de keuken, alleen een klein prullenbakje in de badkamer.
