During my stay, money was stolen from my wallet, which I had left on the table while I was out of the room. The theft likely happened during housekeeping, as no one else had access. The hotel staff helped me report the incident to the police and said an internal investigation would be conducted. However, I was never offered any form of compensation for the loss. This was a serious breach of trust, and I expected more accountability from the hotel. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful with their belongings, even inside the room.

Not a good experience

The location is nice if you're traveling by car, and the bed was comfortable

The breakfast was very poor — just some bread and jam, with no cheese or other options. We asked for coffee, and before we even finished, staff took our cups, saying they had to clean up. Most of the staff don't speak English, which made communication difficult. We were also accidentally locked on the terrace and had to call reception multiple times, but they couldn’t solve the issue. The internet connection was extremely weak and unreliable."

I will start with the host Daniele: Daniele is (in our eyes) the ideal host. Friendly, positive, endless smile and patience, warm hart and kind man. The apartment is very comfortable (including private parking place by the front door). The apartment has everything that a family need for a comfortable and happy stay. The location is great. Do not miss the excellent pizza that is home made in-front of your eyes in the restaurant of the hotel. It one of the best pizzas that we ate in Italy!!!!! We were so satisfied with the apartment that we stayed 2 nights extra :-)

Perfect

We've had the apartment in the anex. A living room with a couch and a table for 4 people, a huge smart TV. The kitchen had everything we needed, a big fridge, a kettle, a stove, a dishwasher machine. One bedroom with a single bed and a desk and the other bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin , 2 sinks . It's on the ground floor and the gardens are amazing, with a table and two lounge chairs. The pizza was absolutely stunning and also the prosecco and red wine. We haven't tried the beer. One night we've also tried the strawberry cheesecake and tiramisu. Congrats to the chef! We've gained a few pounds because of him :)))) The staff is very polite and willing to help with anything. They only have pizza and a few types of salads but for us it was perfect. So many types of pizza, all of them very tasty! I highly recommend the chef's special. AMAZING! We'll come back for sure! The location is very peaceful and near a huge supermarket with great prices. Unfortunately the Italian buses are very chaotic, especially line 026 from Arriva, that stops nearby. Line 1 from Brescia Transporti is a bit better.

A family run hotel at a budget price. Excellent!

After four years this was our second visit. Staff and Family are very friendly. The rooms are large with air conditioning. Breakfast was continental croissant and cold meats with cheese or yoghurt. The pizza restaurant is a convenient bonus. We chose not to hire a car instead relied on buses which were very frequent for Sirmione and Desenzano. Bus stops are close and convenient. Around Lake Garda payment is accepted on the bus in cash. No need to get a ticket in advance from a Tabac. The best way to get round the lakes is by ferry and we used the service at some time on five days out of seven.

On the other hand local buses tend to be late due to traffic, particularly in the east near Peschiera del Garda

Hotel has potential, unfortunately not used

Staff was making us to feel unwelcome, some situations were ridiculous. They are cheating on breakfast, it just doesn't exist. Not recommending to anyone and for sure we don't back.

Nice simple hotel. Clean rooms and polite staff. Breakfast served between 8:00am to 9:30am, early departure don't have alternative takeaway option. Overall cheap stay in a convenient location. Pizzeria.

Spacious, clean, quiet area, very well equipped, nice hosts. Own yard with parking place and small outside terace.
