Palace Hotel Desenzano

We loved the hotel’s elegant, luxurious feel, the friendly and welcoming staff, the excellent breakfast, and especially the beautiful and relaxing garden pool.

The main downsides were the location, with very little within walking distance, no dinner service at the hotel, expensive parking and bar prices, and limited options for families with children. We also wished the garden pool stayed open later, especially as the rooftop pool is adults-only.

It was super friendly and very helpful and the staff are brilliant hotel itself very comfortable , all round a very happy comfortable week Larua and Dali on reception were so helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.

Everything about the property was amazing ! , it’s more to do with transport , to n fro , bus 🚌 is outside and hotel will call taxis , if walking need proper shoes So we did all then we hired a car 🚗 was super 👌

unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price (200€ per night). • The WiFi connection was extremely weak, and in some areas it did not work at all. • The breakfast was very poor, with limited options, and the coffee was truly disappointing. • The AC/ventilation system made a constant humming noise during the night, disturbing our sleep. • The furniture was outdated, and the room felt very basic, nowhere near the standard of a luxury hotel. • There was a noticeable lack of genuine hospitality from the parking attendant, which left a negative impression. • The elevator had an unpleasant smell, adding to the overall discomfort. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced and underwhelming, offering basic conditions at a luxury rate. Definitely not worth the price charged.
