Very cozy, family atmosphere. Perfect location, beautiful garden.

The location is excellent, especially for the high season. There is a very nice beach and local center with various cafes nearby while the crowds are in other, more popular locations. The breakfast and small snacks make the stay super relaxed, very comfortable with kids. The garden is a perfect space for the breakfast and afternoon relaxation. The owners are very nice, easy to communicate, totally helpful and kind. Providing lots of small things (like swimming mattress, mosquito gel, etc.) that are make the stay comfortable.

We were staying during one week in one room - two parents and a kid (6 y.o.). The room was perfect for two people, but felt a bit small for three people for a long stay. So it’s better to book two rooms for more than two people.

Highly recommend!

The b&b is super cute, in a region at lake garda that isn't completly flooded with tourists. The rooms are clean and with everything you could need, which makes for a very home-like feeling. Since there aren't many guests the atmosphere is more personal. Breakfast costs 6,50 a day which is also totally worth it. It's served outside with muesli that you can make yourself, freshly made sandwiches and homemade baked goods, that change everyday, which taste amazing. The best thing about the b&b is Laura, the owner, who doubles as baker, hostess and tourist information. She has the best tipps for events and things to see, is very approchable and fun to talk to in general. She creates the feeling of a second home at lake garda, not too crowded and affordable.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast

Laura and Paolo run this excellent B&B in Rivoltella in Desenzano. Laura sent exact instructions to reach her home by bus from the station and check in took just a minute. Got the keys to the house and to my room so I could come and go as I pleased. They live just next door with tiny Tuna and 6 chickens. We sat down over coffee to review my sightseeing plans and Laura has lots of brochures, maps, bus timetables, ferry information, etc. and her cheerful advice was spot on. I spent a leisurely hour walking the waterfront down to Desenzano harbour, explored the lovely little town and then took the bus back in the evening. Breakfast was tasty and filling, E8 extra and freshly made exactly as I liked it. My first floor room was large, clean, quiet and very comfortable with the airconditioning maintaining an exact warm/cold temperature. I had a double bed plus a loft above with another bed big enough for 2 kids. Nice balcony with a view of the garden. Clean bathroom with toiletries and good hot shower. Stayed 3 nights and took day trips on the train to Verona and bus to Sirmione. Excellent base to explore the area.

La camera era pulita e accogliente, abbiamo apprezzato molto la stufa a pellet che in un attimo riscaldava l'ambiente e le tante accortezze della proprietaria, dalla bottiglia d'acqua in camera all'accensione del condizionatore prima del nostro arrivo in modo da farci trovare la stanze calda! È stata molto gentile anche nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze in fase di prenotazione e sa anche dare agli ospiti indicazioni utili per organizzare il soggiorno (orari autobus, eventi, ecc). Sicuramente torneremo qui quando saremo di nuovo sul lago di Garda!

Ein Traum zum Seele baumeln lassen am Gardasee

Die Gastgeberin Laura und ihr Mann Paolo waren in unseren 10 Tagen unglaublich zuvorkommend & herzlich, sich um unsere Belange (z.B. Nuss-Allergie oder Frühstücken im Garten, usw.) kümmernd und versorgten uns mit regionalen Informationen (Veranstaltungen, Ausflugszielen), die wir nicht über die Tourist Information o.ä. gefunden hätten. Laura überraschte uns jeden Morgen mit einer neuen Variante aus Ihrer Back-Repertoire. Doch das schönste Erlebnis war die Gastfreundschaft und die herzliche, liebenswerte Art. Die Betreuung durch Laura war hervorragend u. a. bezüglich sehr hilfreichen Tipps für die Ausflüge und Nutzung der Nahverkehrsmittel, Restaurantauswahl, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück ( inkl. Eiern der eigenen Hühner und leckeren Gebäckkreationen )und inspirierenden Gesprächen mit guten Möglichkeiten zum Italienischlernen (wobei sie auch gut Englisch, Deutsch und sicherlich auch Spanisch spricht.

Jederzeit wieder das B&B Casa Mia in Rivoltella!

Es ist genau wie in den schon abgegebenen Bewertungen: eine Privatpension mit unglaublich netten Gastgebern. Besonders Laura möchte jedem das wunschfrühstück zubereiten und ist immer mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Stelle. Die Lage ist super, wenn man nicht auf soviel Trubel steht: Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte, Strand und Bushaltestelle, alles in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Nach Desenzano braucht man ca. 1/2 Stunde zu Fuß. Im Zimmer gibt es alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist neu. Ein Garten, wo man jederzeit sitzen kann. Dort wird bei gutem Wetter - also fast immer - auch gefrühstückt.

Es stimmt, der Garten ist zum Teil etwas wuselig, die Möbel sind ein bisschen "zusammengewürfelt". Aber das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau und stört eigentlich nicht. Vielleicht noch die Hausnummer 67 auch außen anbringen, dann muss man bei der Anreise nicht suchen.

Super - duper -Top Gastgeberin!

Die Betreuung durch Laura ist super! Gàste, die deutsche, insbesondere ostdeutsche Gastgeber gewohnt sind, erleben hier einen positiven Kulturschock. Sie holte uns vom Bahnhof ab, obwohl das gar nicht vereinbart war, und gab sich ab da bis zu unserer Abfahrt Mühe, unsere Wünsche zu erraten und gleich zu erfüllen. Die Kinder der anderen Bewohner hatten Geburtstag und bekamen nachträglich einen Kuchen gebacken. Wir hatten einen un-runden Hochzeitstag und bekamen einen Kuchen gebacken. In beiden Fällen, ohne dass mit einem Mucks darum gebeten worden war.. Das Frühstück ist der Hit! Es gibt Kuchen oder Ei-Speisen, die auf den Eiern basieren, welche ihre vier Hühner legen. Außerdem gibt es frisches Obst, sie fragt, ob es ein belegtes Toast sein soll und welche Kaffee-Spezialität die Erwachsenen wünschen. Du kannst dir dein eigenes Müsli mixen, und es gibt - in Italien noch immer eine Seltenheit - Haferdrink vorrätig. Die Kinder hatten viel Freude beim Betrachten der Hühner und mit dem menschenfreundlichen Hund. Laura hat uns jeden Tag die Betten gemacht und die Bäder geputzt. Sie bot an, uns zum Einkaufen zu fahren, oder uns abzuholen, sollten wir mit dem Bus nicht mehr weiterkommen.

Menschen mit einer nordeuropäischen Körpergröße könnten ihren Kopf hier und da anstoßen. Davor wird aber ausreichend gewarnt, uns ist es nicht passiert. Das WLAN war etwas wackelig, aber wir sind nicht zum Internet-Surfen gekommen.

Eine Wohlfühloase nach vielen Radtouren.

Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Radtouren. Ruhig gelegen, mitten im Grünen. Großes Lob an Laura für ihre Gastfreundschaft und der Unterstützung für die Planung der Radtouren. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Jeder Wunsch wurde von ihr erfüllt.

Im Garten fehlt noch etwas mehr Ordnung, damit es noch gemütlicher wird.

Rilassante fine settimana alle Terme di Sirmione e dintorni.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo B&B gestito secondo i canoni della sua categoria in maniera ottimale. Accoglienza molto gradevole da parte di Laura e Paolo, simpatici e di compagnia. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero accolti. Ottima la colazione: ci chiedevano sempre cosa si preferiva e lo preparavano al momento. Molto comoda la posizione per spostarsi in pochi minuti nelle località vicine come Sirmione e le sue Terme e il centro di Desenzano. Ma anche per visitare i centri storici ubicati nelle retrostanti colline moreniche.

We had a nasty car accident and they helped in any way they could, for which I thank them from the bottom of my heart!!! The place is quiet and there are nice eateries nearby. Freundliche Gastgeber, rustikales Ambiente und toller Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Paolo, Laura und Hündin Juna auf Englisch empfangen. Laura spricht gut Deutsch und wir hatten schon am ersten Tag viel Spaß. Das einfache Haus hat 3 Fremdenzimmer. Unser Zimmer war relativ groß, mit kleinem Balkon zum Innenhof. Das Badezimmer, neuwertig und sehr sauber, hatte viele Ablageflächen und Haken, was ich als Frau sehr gut fand. Gefrühstückt haben wir im rustikalen Garten mit täglichem Besuch von Kowalski, ein zutrauliches Huhn, das geschäftig im Garten gescharrt hat. Sehr putzig. Laura hat uns morgens mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen, Keksen und getoasteten Sandwiches verwöhnt. Außerdem gab es jeden Morgen frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern. Der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr familiär und locker, Eine ganz liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit: ich hatte am 2. Tag des Aufenthalts Geburtstag und Laura hat mir einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen mit Kerze gebacken. Ganz ganz herzig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Eigentlich gibt es nix zu bemängeln. Der erste Eindruck des Hauses war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr versteckt und rustikal. Aber die Gastgeber Paolo und Laura haben uns so herzlich aufgenommen, dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben.

Maravilloso

El alojamiento tiene bicicletas que a los turistas que se mueven en transporte publico ofrece gratis. El desayuno estaba maravilloso. Permitia la utilizacion del frigorifico. La anfitriona es muy agradable y atenta, nos proporcionó planes y mapas para todo. Dispone de terraza y jardin muy agradables.

Una settimana trascorsa molto bene grazie anche a Casa Mia.

Il B&B Casa Mia é il migliore finora da noi trovato. Il nostro appartamento era al primo piano con balcone e bagno. Il climatizzatore ha funzionato benissimo. La posizione di Casa Mia é strategicamente ottima. A soli 400 metri dalla spiaggia di Rivoltella (frazione di Desenzano) e si può raggiungere il poco distante centro di Desenzano passeggiando lungo il bel lungolago. La soluzione migliore é arrivarci in bicicletta (solo 15 minuti) che mette a disposizione Casa Mia. I proprietari Laura e Paolo fanno sentire i loro clienti come veri ospiti o famigliari. Abbiamo avuto la possibilitá di provare 3 diversi cuscini finche ho trovato quello che andava perfetto per me. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa con tutti i mobili necessari per svuotare le valigi. Materassi favolosi. Il bagno con doccia é nuovissimo e molto comodo. Per la colazione Laura e Paolo sono pronti a esaudire qualsiasi desiderio. Abbiamo ricevuto tanti consigli dove andare sia di giorno che di sera. Nelle vicinanze si trova la Trattoria dall'Abate che offre a mezzogionro un pranzo di lavoro da non perdere assolutamente per prezzo e qualitá. Se Paolo avesse un po´ piú di tempo potrebbe investirlo ad abbellire ancora di piú il grazioso giardino dove viene offerta la colazione. Questo B&B é assolutamente da consigliare.

Tutto perfetto. In una settimana non siamo riusciti a trovare difetti.
