The facility is new

Unfortunately the air conditioning was water leaking during our stay. There is no lift so needs to carry up the suitcase Car park space is challenging for big car to enter, parking and exit

Recommended for family reunion or other group function

I organized a family reunion of sorts here and rented out most of the apartments they offer and I cannot tell you enough how perfect a place it is for that sort of thing. Each had their own privacy and we used the pool area as a central point to meet before going out. The apartments were each spacious, well-equipped and clean, and the location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and the lake.

Beautiful apartment with terrace and pool, highly recommended

Nice terrace and pool. The standard of the apartment is high, locks very modern, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Air con in all rooms. We can really recommend this apartment. Short walk to the beach. No problem with parking the car in the street or in the backyard.

We expected the walk to the city center to be more interesting, no lights on the path by the sea, ended up driving.

We recommend for families, especially during summer period because of the pool available.

We liked the living room and kitchen area. There was enough room in the closets, and the kids liked the bunk bed. Also, the terrace was nice with morning sun. Everything was very clean and new. We especially liked the host Patrick, who was very helpful - he even brought us a bottle of wine during very late hours when we arrived... Very welcoming, flexible and approachable.

Comfortable accommodation in a really convenient spot to explore the area

Spacious and comfortable flat, handy location for restaurants, cafes and to walk to the lake. Also in the bus route to the train station to easy to access Verona without using the car. Lovely service from Patrick who was helpful throughout

Kitchen was v small, although not an issue as we ate out each evening. Would have been cramped for a family of four to prepare meals there

Great holiday in Desenzano del Garda.

Our host Claudia was very helpful before and during our stay. The pool was perfect to cool off in during the hot summer days. The apartment is in a good location, just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and the lake front. It is 2 kilometres from the centre of Desenzano and there is a regular bus service. We did not need a car during our stay. It is ideally situated to explore both the Lake Garda region and wider afield - we visited Venice and Verona by train.

Kitchen was very practical, all apliances available. App Salo has a lot of space and feels great. Bedrooms are very good.

Shower was too small to shower with small kids in appartment Salo. We missed a coffee table at the tv/lounge area. Airco was insufficient (only when very hot outside).

nice and clean apartment

the host of the apartment was the worst. she complained almost every hour about the noise (we were just talking like normal human beings). she accused us of acting like as we would throw the biggest party in her apartment the world has ever seen. she shouted at us in front of the door. she texted nonstop and complained that we were not answering after 2min. at the end of the trip she complained that we had some trash. it was just a nightmare.

A great place for a family

Close to everything and access to free parking. A supermarket is only a few hundred meters away, a short walk to the beach, and a 15-minute walk to the public ferry which takes you to Sirmione in 15 minutes. The apartment was great and the pictures described it perfectly.

The pool might look a bit small, but it was clean and enough for us.

An excellent stay.

Very clean, very spacious, the kitchen is equiped with all that is needed. The pool is a valuable plus. The check-in was explained very well, Claudia is an excellent host. Almost 30 min walk to the city center, 10 min to Penny Market and to the closest beach.

A fantastic stay at Desenzano del Garda.

Everything is amazing about this place. It was beyond my expectations. Claudia is fantastic, super helpful, and kind. She gave us a bunch of ideas and suggestions for places to visit, eat, and buy souvenirs. The only regret I have is that we did not stay longer, but we will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place. They thought about everything to make your stay a nice memory.

Peaceful and sunny property very near the lake.

The apartment had everything we needed, was very spacious and bright, and the AC was very efficient. The pool and outdoor spaces were also lovely! And Claudia is a gem—she gave us excellent advice and recommendations about the area as well. We loved our stay and would come back yearly if we could.

Hygiene, size of the appartement, available tools/items in the appartement for cooking etc. the host Claudia(!) and the safety (closed gate and good doorlocks).

Everything was great. The only thing we can think of is the fact that we hear the upstairs neighbors walk around and talk. But that's negligible.

Idealer Familienurlaub

Die Lage war ideal - die Nähe zum Gardasee und gleichzeitig in einem ruhigen Wohn-/Feriengebiet. Verschiedene Supermärkte, Bäckerein u. a. sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag zweimal genutzt - vor dem Ausflug und sofort, wenn wir wieder zurückgekommen sind - das war großartig. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben.

Beim Sofa mussten wir die Sitzkissen regelmäßig wieder in die richtige Position bringen - aber bequem war es!
