Viola Relais

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with scrambled eggs and bacon freshly prepared to order each morning. The property is gated and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The nights were incredibly quiet, which we especially appreciated as we are light sleepers. We rented e-bikes in town and used them as our main means of transportation during our stay. It is only a short bike ride or walk into town, and the property has a dedicated, covered area where bikes can be securely locked. We never felt unsafe at any point. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to help whenever needed. Another nice touch was having coffee from a JURA machine as well as still and sparkling drinking water available around the clock. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent hospitality, great amenities, and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

We should have booked a longer stay!

The attention to detail in the whole place . Beautifully laid out and decorated. Pool was a bonus as was the gated off road parking . Quiet residential street away from the front of the lake . Proximity to Aldi if you needed a few extras . Excellent selection for breakfast including gluten free products and hot selection on request . Even left us out some items in the room because of our early departure .

Lovely room. Really clean. Nice place to relax but not too far from the lake. Host was lovely and really welcoming and went the extra mile.

Viola Relais is a excellent hotel. The accommodation is clean, modern and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, with good air conditioning, bathroom and comfortable beds. The chilled water in reception was a nice touch. The pool was very clean with enough loungers and umbrellas for guests. Overall, the hotel was marvellous.
