A gem of a place to stay.

Excellent property, beautifully renovated, very stylish, private, spotlessly clean, excellent drench shower. The breakfast was good, very good choice and lovely lady who served us. Excellent parking on site, very pretty garden.

Coffee was the only less than great thing.

Very modern, spacious and comfortable. The pool area is superb. Location is on a quiet street a few minutes walk from the main town. Very secure.

Fantastic family stay at Viola Relais

Fantastic 6 night stay, very friendly welcome and hospitality from Valentina and team. The accommodation was smart, modern, spotless and luxurious, with everything we needed. Great location, with easy access to both train station and boats for days out in Verona and Sermione. Highly recommended

Great stay - wonderful staff

We had a great stay at Viola Relais - we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Valentina and the staff were fantastic. The room was a great size & immaculate. The location was great, about 20 minutes walk to the train station & ferry port, so a good base for exploring nearby towns/cities.

This apartment hotel was absolutely perfect — it felt warm, welcoming, and exclusive. Valentina and the woman who works with her were both incredibly kind. Valentina helped us plan our day trips and always checked in on us with a big smile. Our room was super clean and pleasant. The entire place is beautifully and tastefully designed — everything feels new and fresh. Parking was also very convenient. We especially loved having a coffee and hot chocolate machine available all day in the lobby-kitchen area. On floor -1 there’s a great washer and dryer that guests can use. In general, it was really nice to bring food from the supermarket, heat it up in the microwave, and use the kitchenware available. Our tips: There’s a huge shopping mall about 9 minutes away by car, and behind it there’s a great go-kart track. As for nearby towns — Valentina gives great recommendations. But honestly, just walking around the local town is also very enjoyable. One important tip: bring mosquito repellent — there are lots of mosquitoes in the area!

Fantastic Stay you won’t be disappointed

Everything, We was made very welcome by Valentino and her staff, we had fresh scrambled eggs made for us every morning, pool area & rooms are spacious and we used the washing machine in basement it’s located in a quiet residential area has free parking too it’s about 15min safe walk to the centre of town to all the restaurants & bars we loved it

A fabulous end to our 1st holiday in Italy.

Comfortable, modern and extremely clean with great breakfast. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Very friendly staff who speak great English. Less than a 10 min walk from the lake and a 20 min walk from the station. We only stayed for 1 night but would have liked to have stayed a lot longer.

Amazing place! Will definitely return

I share the sentiment of another reviewer: it's a luxury hotel with the privacy of an apartment. We were coming with a toddler and everything was set up nicely. Breakfast is in-room and has endless options. Bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Remote check-in also worked flawlessly and in the common area you can also grab a cup of coffee or fill up your drink (carbonated/still). All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely return whenever we are in Desenzano.

I had to briefly work during my stay but for some reasons the WiFi wouldn't connect to my laptop. The pop-up login page would just continuously loading. I think having the option to have a LAN cable would be great.

First and foremost, the place is beautifully designed and very clean. Moreover, the staff is welcoming and wholesome, best service weve ever got. The breakfast is delicious and healthy and the rooms are magnificant. The place is very comfortable. About 10 - 15 mins from whatever you may want.

Very private, super modern appartements with the luxury of a hotel (cleaning, breakfast, minibar etc) But the privacy of an Appartement. Also, really cool that you book your breakfast via an app and you get served everything the next morning. Can choose between breakfast at the pool and the room as well - pretty cool!! Really nice and modern pool area with whirlpool. Walkable to Garda lake in just 10 mins. Nicest stuff, we would always come again! 10 out of 10. Ps. The cappuccino is amazing!!
