Amazing, smallscale, comfortable near beach and city center.

Amazing! What a place, best B&B we stayed in. On the verge to kitch but just so beautyful and welcoming. This is a place you dont want to leave, but the beach and town center is just s few minutes walk. Clean room, comfortable bed, impressing breakfast and a lovely little patio with sunbeds outside out room. The only reason not to go here is problably if you are allergic to the color pink:)

Quirky B&B close short walk to Desenzano port

Lovely welcome by Federica, giving us refreshments when we arrived (it was a very hot day). She is very unique and has individual style! The room was quirky and ostentatious, however a little cluttered for our liking (couldn’t find many surfaces to put things as there were trinkets/lamps etc everywhere). Breakfast was amazing, a vast spread of buffet style food. We had breakfast early so were first to arrive. Couldn’t connect to the wifi, password didn’t seem to work but didn’t raise this with Federica. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Desenzano due to its quirky style!

Our room was next to the main road and there seemed to be a constant stream of noisy traffic throughout the night. But other than that, a great find! Just a side note that Desenzano train station (2nd time we’ve arrived by train) there are no taxis there. The walk to this B&B took 45 mins with heavy luggage on wheels, be warned!

A first class experience in themed accommodation enhanced by a caring and attentive host.

Federica is a wonderful host who has put her heart and soul into this place. That is so evident! The entire place is like a fairy tale come to life. Each room is themed, and we stayed in the "Wedding Chapel" room! She has incredible warmth, a great sense of humour and is 100% service orientated. The breakfasts were magnificent. So plentiful, so many options and topped off with Federica's incredible baking skills. Her cakes were divine! And she was very helpful with respect to restaurant options and places to go. She loves what she does and it shows!

I suppose if we were to "nit pick", the bathroom is a little small. But overall a first class experience enhanced by a delightful host.

The house seems to need to be renovated. My room, located ground was not very soundproof. I was so suffered from outside cars noisy. If I had known this condition, I would never have booked this room.

The owner, Frederica, was extremely friendly and helpful. She made home made cakes for breakfast every morning which were incredible. The location is very near to the lake, so great for swimming and right on the edge of the town so the restaurants, bars and boats are less than a 5-10 minute walk. Great location. Interesting and very artistic B&B with lots of attention to detail. Room had air conditioning. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Great stay at a magical hotel that looks like from a fairytale.

The hotel is exceptional. Very interesting design with huge amount of different details, decorations etc. The style is special, which is perfect for hotel, you can see the owner put lots of soul and thoughts in it . Much better than boring hotels that look all the same, I really loved it. The bed was big and pillows and matrass were fantastic - I actually did not want to get out of bed because it was better than in my own home. The bathroom is quite small but with the big shower. Everything perfectly clean. The breakfast is a special treat - very very big selection. One table with plenty of salty choices like eggs, different kind of mean and chees, olives etc. One table with homemade cakes, cookies, pancakes, yoghurt, jams etc. Terrace for having breakfast is super cute. Location is 2 min walk from the lake and 4 min walk to all the restaurants and shops. The owner is great - friendly, fun, always eager to talk, gave very good recommendations about the region. Was easy to park around.

posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi, comodo parcheggio a prezzo convenzionato esattamente di fronte alla struttura, la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, camera e bagno molto spaziosi, tutto molto pulito e confortevole

il parcheggio era segnato gratuito per cui pensavamo di poter lasciare la macchina nella struttura. invece c'è la possibilità di lasciare l'auto sulle strisce bianche 3 vie dietro il b&b oppure a pagamento nel parcheggio di fronte la struttura con un buono di 15 euro per 24 ore

Bylo to velmi nepříjemné, chtěl jsem místnost vyfotit, byl jsem důrazně vykázán!

Snídaně nebyla , nespali jsme .

Dobrý den , přijeli jsme ve 20.27h !!. Měli jsme po cestě dopravní zácpy , jeli jsme z Livigna do Desenzana 8 hodin. Paní co nás přijímala na ubytování , když jsem s ní hovořil po telefonu , že jsme měli přijet v 17h a že to bude problém že zpožděním, i když v dome bydlí !!?? To jsem zjistil až na místě. V pokoji co nám byl nabídnut bylo aroma sladkého aroma a zároveň zatuchliny . Vše mělo známky velkého opotřebení . Silná vrstva prachu na lustru , který byl cca 1,7m nad zemí ! Pod postelí vrstva prachu a nepořádku . Když jsem ubytování nepřijmul a chtěl jsem pořídit foto , bylo mě to důrazně zakázáno!! Proto jsem si zaplatil nové ubytování přes Booking v Hotelu Papillon Cazzago San Martinu .

Le petit déjeuner, très copieux, un choix varié de plats, servi sur un service de table hors du commun. l'élégance du lieux extérieur et intérieur de la chambre, la propreté, les équipements.
