Good quality, convenient location and extensive breakfast!

Great location - right near the beach, 10mins walk from the port and 15min walk to the train station. Really big room and bathroom. Nice selection at breakfast, staff constantly topping up, with lovely terrace seating outdoors. Staff were very friendly and stored my luggage securely upon checkout.

Aircon wouldn’t work in my room, bathroom blind was a bit see-through and bedroom walls are quite thin - so noise carries through. Only one small lift, so long waits to use it in the morning - ie. at breakfast (on 5th floor) or checkout. Also only one coffee machine at breakfast so long waits to use.

Nice small friendly hotel 5 minutes walk to the port. Breakfast area on the roof was always kept clean and all items topped up, continental style Breakfast. Rooms clean with safe/kettle and fridge. Good shower and comfortable bed. Surprisingly no road noise. Right on top of all the restaurants and at the start of the weekly market. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. There are even a few sunbeds on the roof terrace looking over the lake.

Very good hotel in center of Desenzano. Close to nice beach with rentable chairs or the public section. Hotel is 1 mins walking to old Town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Ask for recommendations at the reception. Some restaurants needs a booking in summer time. Parking house is opposite street and you can buy ticket at hotel. The hotel have a terasse on top with sunbeds and small Jacuzzi.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay in while visiting Desenzano!

Amazing location - 1 min. walking to the lake and 2 min. to the city center. Hot bathtub and sunbeds on the roof with spectacular view on the lake was a huge highlight!

Next time I wouldn’t take breakfasts here. Cold food and almost no choice. I would prefer having a coffee and freshly baked croissant somewhere in a cafe. The lake view from the breakfast room is amazing though.

Lovely staff. Nice breakfast choices. Great location, good view for breakfast.

Room was very basic and dated. I didn't mind this But it was quite unclean. Thick dust and obvious dirt around the bed, dirty fridge. Bathroom was not filthy but certainly not spotless. The sheets didn't fully fit the bed, so often woke on the mattress protector.

This was our second time at Bonotto and we loved it! We had a room with a lovely view, the breakfast was good, the view from the terrace where we had our breakfast was breathtaking. Also, very nice terrace on the rooftop.

The room was clean and nice. The location was great and not far from the water and great restaurants. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. We were going to miss our train if we waited for a taxi so one of the staff members drove us to the train station. Thanks to him, we made our train to our next destination. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, perfect location, amazing view

Perfectly located right between the center of the town and the beach. The room was quite small, but clean, and with a balcony facing the lake. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is ok, not much to choose from, but enough to start your day. However, if we were to chose one single reason to return to Bonotto, that would be the view from the terrace where breakfast is served, on level 5. Astonishing!!!

The location is great. It’s so close to the lake, it only takes half a minute to arrive. The view of the lake in the morning was lovely and breakfast was varied. My partner was a little late for breakfast but they were very accommodating. The staff were nice.

From the photos, it’s seems there’s a pool and terrace available for guests. In fact, it’s the only reason I chose this hotel over the others. However, it’s a ‘spa’ which needs to be paid for. €35 per hour per person! I felt the photos were misleading and so the facilities weren’t as good as expected. The lake view is actually a view of a big derelict building in front and then it you look beyond that, you can see some of the lake.
