Rooftop pool needs more atmosphere but staff there couldn’t be more helpful, view of the lake from our room wasn’t what I hoped, couldn’t see much of the lake or mountains due to the trees opposite and we paid extra for a lakeside view

Not the best of hotels to stay in. The staff just seemed to want to talk amongst themselves.

Not very happy, as we phoned the hotel to arrange a taxi for our pick up at the train station and was told they couldn’t do this. I had messaged them the day before our arrival and the messaged back that we could get a taxi. The breakfast was ok, but we were charged extra for an omelette and we thought the breakfast was included in our booking. The room was very very small!! Location ok

Concierge were excellent. My luggage had been lost in transit from one airport to another. They orfsnized a car to pick it up and bring it to the airport. Awesome service

Outstanding staff - very friendly and always helpful. Great breakfast with (complimentary) options to choose from. Fantastic location across the bank of the Lake Garda - cross the street, take a swim, and in the heart of the city of Desenzano. Great food for dinner as well.

Nothing to complain about. For pool lovers, it could be bigger. But happy to have a rooftop pool in the heart of the city anyway. For those who are looking for a Spa/gym, look somewhere else.

Exceptional hotel in every way, the staff made our stay very special as it was our Silver wedding

The hotel and location was stunning! Gorgeous decor, and beautiful room, with excellent staff. The breakfast was excellent and pool area fantastic. We would definitely return.

In the room maybe another mirror outside the bathroom as a dressing area. A bigger towel rail to dry the towels, and a hand towel rail near the sink.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant staff

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The room, junior suite, was a fantastic size with a lovely view of the lake. The staff in the hotel were exceptional from the second we arrived. Nothing was a problem for them. I would not hesitate staying there again.

Our first visit to Lago di Garda and it was perfect

What a lovely hotel . Desenzano del Garda was definitely the right choice of where to stay on the lake and Park Hotel was the hotel choice. The location ,the view ,the staff , the comfort and cleanliness of our room ,and the breakfast couldn’t have been better. The hotel was easy to navigate to , and parking was flawless. Everything and everyone was perfect!

Nice location, not value for money

The location was great and staff were very friendly and helpful

The breakfast was quite poor in terms of options and quality. The pool was not open and while I appreciate that it was April , some hotels in holiday destinations open their pool this early. This wasn’t clearly advertised on the website and the pool was the main resort we booked this hotel. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room nor glasses and no complimentary water on arrival or water dispenser in reception.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are absolutely the best. They arranged many things for us with no problems. The staff are so kind, attentive and funny. The breakfasts are great and the one dinner we had at the hotel was delicious and top notch. We will definitely be back!

Great location lakeside and short walk to the ferry terminal. Modern, quirky decor which we loved. The rooftop bar was lovely also
