It wasn’t too clear to me that I had to reserve parking before my stay. Another hotel specifically messaged me asking if I would need parking. This would have been appreciated.

Great, friendly, peaceful little hotel in a perfect location for walking to the lake and Desenzano’s attractions.

Perfect location for exploring Desenzano - very close to the lake and restaurants, etc. but in a peaceful street. Room was a good size & comfortable with great aircon, shower was amazing! Staff were lovely & helpful.

One small niggle was that the breakfast, which had been excellent for the first few days, was disappointing on our final day as many items had run out and were not being replenished long before breakfast time finished.

Great location and friendly staff at hotel city

Location of the hotel was excellent and only a 10min walk from the train station. The bed in the room was really comfy and the aircon worked well (and not to noisy). Reception staff were very helpful whenever we had a question. and the cleaning staff kept the room spotless daily. Daily breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice

The shower water temp was a bit hit and miss and the shower concertina door kept coming of the top rail but these are minor gripes and it didnt impact on our stay at all. Also noticed that the bar never seemed to be staffed, although we never asked for a drink so it wasnt an issue.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Ferry Port

This hotel was a great choice for our visit, extremely easy access to the city center and the nearby ferry port. While the walk from the train station was a bit longer, it's still one of the closest options available since the station itself is located a little outside the central area. Our room was cozy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, just what we needed after long days of exploring. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with plenty of variety to choose from. One standout detail: they served honey straight from the bee hive, which was both unique and delicious. Overall, a lovely stay with thoughtful touches. We’d happily return next time we’re in town!

The AC was a bit loud and blew right into your face but luckily I had earplugs which solved the issue.

GREAT CHOICE FOR A SHORT BREAK

From the moment we checked in we were greeted and felt what a great Hotel and how friendly everyone was. The bar man gave us a great service .The lady who was managing the breakfast did a great job ensuring that everything was stocked and clean GREAT LOCATION

Memorable place to stay with its motoring theme. Italian style!

The hotel has a family-run feel to it. A great deal of care has been taken in decorating and furnishing it. The motoring theme is really memorable (it’s very well done). Breakfast was very good and it’s taken in a very stylish room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good for the town and close enough to walk to the train station even with bags.

I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location only a few minutes walk from restaurants and the lake. Only a ten minute walk to the train station, up hill! Clean and comfortable rooms. Great choice for breakfast.

The bedrooms are on the small side and can be hard to walk around the beds. Very few hangers in wardrobe, we were staying 6 nights and wanted to unpack. Only small issues that wouldn’t put me off returning.

Excellent overnight stay for us on our way to the Dolomites.

We arrived late at night and the man on duty gave us a drink and nibbles from the bar. He then advised us on where we could find something to eat locally. Very friendly staff.

The staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. The location of the hotel is excellent, as the centre of Desenzano, restaurants, the beach and bars are all in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was available for a fee, which is very helpful as it is difficult to park in the area.

The room is kind of small and simple, and the shower is almost claustrophobic.

Newish building, all modern interiors. Nice, stained wood fixtures and carpeted hallways. Very close to the center of Desenzano and the lake. Nice size bed for a single room.

700 meters from the train station-all uphill on leaving. Big luggage take a cab for 8 Euros. Very small shower stall. Tough to maneuver. No view-room looked out at a building in scaffolding getting ready for renovation.

Exceptional hotel,deserves a higher rating than 3 stars.

Hotel well situated near to the ferry port and many restaurants. Facilities of the hotel were superb, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very extensive with a wide range of choice. Within walking distance of the rail station, albeit uphill on the way back to the station.

Good pick for a no frills stay

Very close to the city center, just a few minutes walking on the pretty narrow streets. The hotel is simple and quiet, cozy even if a bit dated. It’s good value for money, with a lot of breakfast options: pancakes, omelette, ham, cheese, granola. There are about 10 parking spots, with a cost of 10 Euro/day. Finally, this ia a good spot to connect easily (by car) to Sirmione, Peschiera, Lazise, including Gardaland.

Wifi is slow and the connection itself requires you to create an account (why?!), frequently getting disconnected regardless. The maid never checks the shower gel level, so you need to ask for a refill yourself.

Great location and breakfast. The staff were super helpful, especially when my flight was cancelled and I couldn’t get home for another two days. They were able to accommodate me and didn’t hesitate to help me with making new travel arrangements to the airport. Would 100% recommend.

Really good hotel with nice rooms. My room had a balcony, pleasant surprise. Friendly hotel staff, a guy who worked at night on reception suggested good places to visit nearby for wine/eat. I can't say anything bad about this hotel, amazing staff, nice breakfast (with really good cofee!), everyday cleaning, near the city center. Thank you guys, it was an awesome vacation! P.S. Cheapest and good e-bikes in Desenzano.
