Our room was comfortable and quiet. There is no particular view from here. While the hotel is out of the main shopping and dining area, we were able to easily walk the 15mins or so, despite it being slightly uphill. If parking underneath the available spaces are quite tight if you have a larger car. The staff were friendly and helpful if needed. There was a good selection at breakfast.

Quiet hotel way off of the lake. Rooms a nice but the AC didn't work correctly and the pillows were very flat. The shower pressure was very light. Small amount of free parking spaces with garage spaces for 15 euros a night. All in all, a nice place to stay in Desenzano del Garda

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Desenzano. Breakfast was great, I have a gluten intolerance and the staff brought me my own gluten free basket every morning filled with goodies. Location is great, super close to train station and to the main area filled with restaurants, bars and shops. The only downsides are the hotel is dated and could do with a slight revamp. The pool is also located at the main entrance of the hotel which doesn’t make it very inviting. But apart from this, our stay was great.

I booked this hotel after reading reviews about its great location and it was right. One minutes walk from the train station and straight down the hill into the centre and the main ferry/boat stops. We explored a few different places from here on train and by boat. The rooftop and cool tub was stunning to unwind after a day of exploring with amazing views over the lake. Super easy check in and out and lovely breakfast choices.

Loved an affordable option for visiting Lake Garda. Honestly the walk up-hill to the hotel burned off any calories I had consumed in town. Loved the pool and rooftop cool-tub.

5 minute walk to train station. 3/4 of a mile walk to the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was very good with more than enough choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with this hotel!!!

This is a nice hotel within walking distance of Desenzano. Easy free parking along with good facilities (roof terrace is lovely with views of the lake). A good breakfast selection and incredibly friendly staff, who went the extra mile to help us resolve a train booking issue we had whilst in Italy.

Very good hotel about 10 minutes walk out of the town and up from the lake. Ideal for us and perfect for rail travellers as 3 minutes from rail station. Delightful helpful staff. Good rooms with decent air conditioning and comfy. Swimming pool welcome. Breakfast very good indeed.

Only stayed a couple of nights on our way back to Verona. Selected for its proximity to the station and it proved perfect for what we wanted. A 15 minute walk down the hill into town to all the attractions and restaurants etc. Reasonable facilities although 4 star seemed a bit generous.

Friendly and very helpful management. We had a very pleasant stay. If you come by train, the location is great. It's a 15 minutes walk into town. Desenzano is a beautiful walking town.
