AN UPHILL TREK FOR DOWNHILL ATITUDE

2 minute walk from train station and bus stop. Hotel was very clean and rooms had much needed air conditioning. Plenty of hangers for hanging clothes. Breakfast choice was good and varied.

Male receptionist who checked us in was very rude and very abrupt, Not keen on providing local information, and had a real attitude towards us, yet the evening male receptionist seemed pleasant and acknowledged us when we arrived back in the evening. Hotel was a 15-20 minute walk all uphill from centre of Desenzano. in 36 degree heat was a tough trek

Great hotel, a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town. Delicious breakfast buffet and nice gym with a good selection of free weights and a cable machine. Nice pool and clean rooms, great stay in Desenzano.

A little bit older but honestly that's the only negative it's been a really lovely stay.

Great location for train links,Not so much as in eating out or bars.Nice cafe at the top of the hill but youve to walk down steep hill to the food places,Totally worth it but walking back is a killer with no public transport locally so older or less able people may struggle.Rooms spotless and breakfast was great.Staff very nice and checked in within 90 seconds,Francesca was very helpful befire and after our stay and a credit to the hotel.

Swimming pool looks more of a token dip then a pool itself,In front of people eating breakfast too.If your booking to use this id choose elsewhere but its the only negative about the hotel

Garda stay

Nice view from the rooftop terrace, whirlpool and good sunbed. Few steps to the train station, but silent during whole day. Comfort beds and pillows, with balcony sitting. Breakfast was good, typical italian variants, but really few vegetables. Perfect cleaning service, day make your room everyday. We feel satisfied.

LIttle shared information about the hotel (teracce, beachtowel...) during checkin, but otherwise everything was fine.

Great hotel very conveniently located next to the train station. Desenzano is not a big city, so everything was walkable from our hotel. The room was nice, spacious and clean (with a balcony). Terrace with the pool was a nice addition and it was never crowded. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were all very welcoming and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

We liked the location of this property. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. It also had a large, walk-in shower which was a good water pressure.

I didn’t feel that the property was good value for money, the stay was expensive and didn’t match my expectations of a 4* hotel - you didn’t even get complimentary bottle of water despite the high price point. The breakfast buffet was very poor, limited selection and poorly replenished. Also, the swimming pool looked much better on the photographs. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room.

The staff was really nice and hospitable. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Everybody spoke English. Conveniently close to the train station and bus stop connections to Verona and Brescia. Our stay was great.
