Excellent.

Location across from lake and beach and 5 min walk to port area. The, building is very pretty and clean, nice lounge -bar area for coffee or drink, lovely, staff, and very quiet and large rooms. Linens were nice. I had a superior with balcony.

The only complaint is that the balcony with sea view was a partial view. 60% was construction on the hotel. The lake could be seen to the left. But a big balcony. Quiet.

Fantastic short stay. Location directly on the waterfront, underground parking, wonderful restaurant with great wine selection. Clean cosy rooms and wonderful service. Will stop over here again. We were a family of 5 plus pet dog.

Lovely short stay at Villa Rosa Hotel.

Good bathrooms, comfortable beds. Good and varied breakfast. Helpful and polite staff. Facility to add NetFlix to tv if you have an account. Well stocked mini bar if required.

Only coffee crème available in room which doesn’t make a good cup of tea!

Check in was very smooth, no delays, very friendly staff, everything explained very well. Bedroom was comfortable for 3 people, facilities in the room were good. Our room overlooked the pool but unfortunately also overlooked a noisy building site. Not the hotels fault at all but just something to be aware of. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

The location is just awesome - just across the road from a nice little beach for swimming, and 5 minutes walk into town. The staff are great - totally professional and very friendly.

Very good!

The hotel has a perfect location, just steps away from the beach, where guests can enjoy private sunbeds provided by the property. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of quality options that make for a great start to the day. The staff is polite and always ready to help, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.

However, there are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. At the moment, there is ongoing construction at the neighboring hotel, and although the reception claims the work starts at 8:30 AM, in reality, it begins as early as 7:00 AM, causing unwanted noise in the morning. Additionally, while the triple room includes two comfortable beds, the third one is simply a fold-out armchair with a terrible mattress - you can feel every spring. The hotel really needs to address this by adding a proper mattress topper to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests.

A very inviting and luxurious hotel with exquisite food,staff and service set in a superb location.

Location , Italian marble and decor, very calm and relaxed sophisticated ambiance. Staff attentive and discreet ,professional,helpful and welcoming.

Nothing . If I had to be critical - the only comment is that the car parking for a large car was tight if all the spaces were taken , but they weren’t so allowed a little more room for manoeuvre. You can still park it just takes a little longer and a few more manoeuvres .

Great but let down by room view at such a high cost

Clean and tidy , good breakfast, helpful staff. Gym was simple because t had everything you need for a workout. Pool is small (too small to swim and with our stay had children in all day) but fine for a cool down dip

View from our room was the entrance to the car park with a cctv overlooking our balcony and room (kept the curtains shut the whole stay ) . The only chance of seeing the lake was hidden by a bush . For over £2350 for seven nights put a damper on the stay. We could have stayed at one a road back for a third of the money with no view. Will be looking for another hotel when we good back in October which is a shame as it’s a great location for everything

Not enough sockets in the room. no mirror over the dressing table area so you couldn't dry your hair with a hairdryer! The hairdryer in the bathroom not powerful enough and not convenient if someone else is using the bathroom . Poor selection of toiletries in the bathroom. No hair conditioner

There is a large renovation of a property next door which we were not told about and made sitting by the pool extremely uncomfortable, noisy to the point where we can’t hold a conversation at times.
