Most memorable hotel for us. The location is the best and easiest for Desenzano, at waterfront along the promenade, right by restaurants and shops, etc. Parking nearby. Nice little breakfast. Better than average bathroom. Our room had a window with perfect sunrise view over the lake. One of the best decisions we've made in our travels over the years. We had the unfortunate need for the hospital and Antonio saved the day with his ambulance training and very kind assistance. Can not say enough how this impacted us, in a grateful way. After 14 trips to Italy this stay will be a heartfelt memory. Go there!

The beds were very comfortable and staff very friendly.
Breakfast was good.
The hotel is in a superb location on the edge of the lake.
The hotel is a little dated.
The parking was a bit of an issue. We were expected to park very close to the neighbouring vehicles meaning it was difficukt to get in and out of our car and we were worried about our hire car getting bumped
