If visiting Lake Garda put this hotel on your must stay list.

Most memorable hotel for us. The location is the best and easiest for Desenzano, at waterfront along the promenade, right by restaurants and shops, etc. Parking nearby. Nice little breakfast. Better than average bathroom. Our room had a window with perfect sunrise view over the lake. One of the best decisions we've made in our travels over the years. We had the unfortunate need for the hospital and Antonio saved the day with his ambulance training and very kind assistance. Can not say enough how this impacted us, in a grateful way. After 14 trips to Italy this stay will be a heartfelt memory. Go there!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel which is in a good location and has friendly & helpful staff

Location was excellent with Lake Garda straight across the road and the swimming beach only a short walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great.

We booked a double room with a ‘lake view’ which unfortunately was mostly obscured by trees. Otherwise we were very happy with our accommodation.

Clean and modern hotel with nice staff - I would come back anytime.

The hotel is centrally located, right on the shore of the lake. Parking lot behind the building. Tasteful furnishings, elevator, central air conditioning. Cleanliness in the rooms and the bathroom. Rich buffet breakfast with several coffee options.

A Pleasant Stay

The beds were very comfortable and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a superb location on the edge of the lake.

The hotel is a little dated. The parking was a bit of an issue. We were expected to park very close to the neighbouring vehicles meaning it was difficukt to get in and out of our car and we were worried about our hire car getting bumped

All you need to explore south of Garda

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and all you need for a quick getaway. The hotel is placed in a good location. Decent and tasteful breakfast.

Although not the hotel’s fault, the bar nearby played loud music until midnight, which was annoying and was hard to fall asleep.

Location was perfect. Close to the port and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a good mixture. The staff was happy help. Switched us to a diferent room so we could check in early.

Great location, clean room, lovely staff, great price. €156 for 2 nights bed and breakfast. Right on the lake front close to town centre, beach and ferry. The lady at reception Lina is really lovely to deal with so helpful. The room was very clean it was a single room so i expected it to be small. It had a fridge which i wasn't expecting which was great to have. They cleaned the room when i was out which i wasnt expecting as was only a 2 night stay. The buffet breakfast was good plenty of it. A choice of cereal, choice of juices, fruit,yogurts. Selection of teas and coffees. Toast, boiled eggs, bread rolls, ham, cheese and pastries. Great value for money id stay again. Its a great place to base yourself as the town has the train station and the ferry to go explore other towns on the lake.

I wasnt fond of the shutters on the bedroom window but you could pull them up and down. They did block the view of the apartments opposite the back of the hotel. I didn't stay there for the view so it didn't really matter. There are rooms at the front of the hotel with lake views. It would of been good to have a safe in the room to store passport etc. The bed might be a bit low down for some people but it was fine for me.
