It was ok. Hot tub not hot but saunas were ok.

It was a nice place, nice breakfast and staff. Comfortable bed

I really only booked it for rhe hot tub and we couldn’t even use it because it was barely lukewarm. I even told the staff about it, and got the answer that ”no it’s supposed to be like that” but we actually shivered and had to leave after just a few seconds. Also there were two saunas and ypu had to book an hour to be there, but while we were in others came in to look..

Worth every penny.

Breakfast: High quality food and lots of options to choose from. Additionally, the coffee is very good! Rooms: Very comfortable and clean. The mattress js the best I have stayed at in a hotel. Outside area: Drinks are relative price to the tourist city centre and are not overpriced considering it is a hotel. Pool is well kept and furniture isn’t cheap. Staff: Accommodating and helpful! Spa: Again potentially the best I have been to although some water inside would have been perfect! Cost: Worth the price quoted especially as drinks and add ons including alcoholic drinks were not extortionate.

Rooms: Slightly small but this is a small price to pay.

Really nice staff and helpful and polite.

Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was adequate.Location was good just 10 min walk from main town. Quiet location.

Room was basic for a 4 star hotel especially considering Villa Rosa is 4 star also 5 mins away on lake front and we paid same price. Bedside table was a foot stool and very unbalanced with lamp on and glass.Tea/coffee not replaced each day.Cups often not cleaned each day.Balcony quite dirty table not wiped off glass not cleaned for a while. We stayed 7 nights and struggled with storage so kept a lot of clothes in the suitcase.Bed spread lots of pulls on it. Bed very comfortable and pillows but need pillow protectors. Two tiny squares of soap given and not replaced when used had to keep asking.Body wash again tiny and not replaced.Only 1 toilet roll given had to keep asking for another when is was running low.Bathroom was cleaned well each day. These we thought were basic givens with a 4 star hotel. Generally tired and worn.

Excellent location within 10 minutes from centre. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, and really good air con and balcony. Staff were fantastic, arranged airport transfers, extremely helpful and polite. Sauna and spa was very good and included in price (minus massage). Had everything and more and exceeded our expectations. Thank you

A cozy Hotel in lake garda

Breakfast was amazing! It was fantastic that we could lay by the pool and sunbath. The spa was cozy, perfect with the ”Max 4 person” rule.

The room only had plastic-glasses thats ment for a one time use. They hade alot of bikes on the back, but we could not borrow them because it had been an accident last year. We would really enyoy if we could rent them.

Relaxing and nice time to be in the hotel and Desenzano del Garda

Breakfast was very good and you can choose what to eat. Hotel was quite near by centrum, but still the area was quiet, so it was very good for us, because we did not need night life. The Pool was nice, maybe a little bigger it could be, but enough big for us. The spa+saunas in the hotel were nice, only problem was that there was not enough fresh air, humidity was too much. A window which could be open would be nice. All in all very nice hotel if you want relax !

great location, 10 minute walk in to the town and 5 minutes down to the beach. nice that the hotel has a pool however it is not heated so quite cold but usable. no toilets downstairs so you always have to go to your room which can be slightly inconvenient. Great breakfast lots of choice and plenty of food.

comfortable and relaxing

The staff were nice and helpful. The location was close to the lake and almost close to city center but the best part was when we wanted to checkout early in the morning, they provided us a bag for our way free of charge. There were sandwich, sweet, fruit and water. This gesture was incredibly nice.

The room was not getting a complete cleaning every day. There were no slippers in the room so we had to go around with our shoes. The atmosphere is more adapted to old couples or people who wants to have fasting of silence apparently so if you are with a kid I wouldn’t recommend it but that is not a complain of course.

Exceptional

tldr - perfect! We were 12 people and arrived to have a great time in garda. On the reservation the team was willing to help with all the requests, and during the vacation helped us and answered all of our questions with a smile :) Comfortable rooms and comfy bed, the breakfast is one of the best I ate in Italy, especially the fresh juice machine and per-request omelettes. The location is perfect, close to the town center by foot, and by driving to all the locations around garda lake. The pool and spa are also a treat, and very clean!

The staff were so lovely, really friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean and really quiet and peaceful. You could have breakfast in your room, which was a nice option. Comfy bed, amazing shower!

Not that we didn't like it as we like walking, but if you come without a car, then the walk to the train station or into town is a little longer, train station about 30 minutes and into town 10/15 minutes, but they do have bikes you can hire

Our holiday to Desenzano del Garda was wonderful in every way, and was made evermore enjoyable with great accommodation

Everything really… Our room was impeccable and cosy, with air conditioning, a safe and a fridge. Great location - only a 10 minute walk to the town centre along the stunning lakeside. Amazing choice for breakfast! Great value 4* hotel Spa with sauna, steam room and relaxation area, and outside pool and jacuzzi All with very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay - thank you to each and everyone of you!

Really chilled quiet space beautiful facilities

The hotel was in a lovely location easy walk to Desenzano. The staff were very friendly and polite. The amenities were lovely. The room was fantastic with a beautiful shower.

The balcony is open to the public space which is fine while we were there but possibly not ideal at peak season but still lovely.

Excellent stay! Great location, comfy bed and lovely breakfast.

Really comfortable bed and amazing rain shower. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were really friendly, considering we arrived so late! Really short walk into town, and right next to the most comfortable beach in town to swim and sunbathe in. Great midweek price too.

Slight scuff marks on walls, but otherwise fantastic.
