Every single staff member provided excellent customer service, apartment was roomy & clean, beds and linens top notch, location perfect for connections and very walkable, grounds were well-cared for and beautiful, and so many delicious options at breakfast, for just $12€ makes it a great value! I'll be back!

This was the third time in this hotel and I don't think it was the last. All the staff were really friendly and smily, room was really big and spotless clean. Everything needed in kitchen. Nice poll with sunbeds. Also the location is really nice on quite street, but near by the Station, supermarket and mainsquire and restaurants of the town.

I liked the big apartment, many dishes and able to cook, big balcony.
During our stay, they did NOT change towels!!! Even when we asked for it!!! did NOT clean the room, did NOT through trash!!! Did NOT fill toilet paper!!! It never happened to us, in any place in Europe!
