Oasis outside Desenzano

Daniele is THE best host. Nothing is too much trouble. He has created a beautiful oasis outside Desenzano. Very quiet and walking distance to Rivoltella with restaurants and a Sunday Market.

A long walk into main area of Desenzano, you definitely need a car to explore Lake Garda. The lighting in the rooms could have been better. Otherwise fantastic!

Wonderful stay with great hosts

It’s a beautiful place - clean and modern. It has a very nice pool which we used a lot. All the rooms have A/C which really helped in the hot summers. Daniello & Paula are amazing.

Beautiful place to relax near Sirmione

beautiful garden with pool, lots of space and very modern, comfortable underground garage. very close to Sirmione. we loved the Terrace from where you can see the sunset, we had the large corner. very quiet area. the Pool area is great for relaxing

the kitchen is small but Ok for making your own breakfast, however the induction stove did not like our Moka so we were unable to make coffee.

Breakfast was superb. Room was clean and also the hole area was clean and fresh =).

The owner Was a little bit stiff and Grumpy. But to his defense at the end of our trip he was friendlier. At night we didnt get much sleep because some guest where too loud and the walls where so thin that you could hear other guest walk and talk.... . The bed was verry Hard and there was only one pillow.

OTTIMO! ci toccherà tornare in un'altra stagione per vedere se continua la magia anche in estate.

Colazione abbondante e con una grande scelta: brioches fresche, torte casalinghe, muesli di vari tipi, yogurt, ecc. possibilità di colazione dolce e salata. La camera si affacciava su un bellissimo giardino curato e arredato, la piscina è grande ma ovviamente non è stato possibile usufruirne x le temperature stagionali. La posizione è buona per raggiungere i luoghi circostanti e Daniele è un'ottimo host disponibile a dare vari suggerimenti sui luoghi vicini da visitare e sui locali dove pranzare o cenare ascoltando le preferenze ed i gusti degli ospiti. Un comodo box sotterraneo permette di raggiungere le camere in ogni momento del giorno e della notte.

Echt een parel, van een heerlijk ontbijt, een leuke host tot een verkoelend zwembad!

Na openen deur naar B&B aangenaam verrast. Mooi, strak, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. En onze host was leuk en attent! Auto in de garage onder het hotel, top geregeld.

Het hotel ligt als een mooie parel in een wijk die eruit ziet als ‘verpauperd’. Toen we aan kwamen rijden dachten we echt een miskleun geboekt te hebben (last minute). Maar als het hek opengaat ben je aangenaam verrast.

Ett mycket bra boende för vår familj med två äldre barn, som då hade ett eget rum. Väldigt fint, luftigt och bekvämligt rum. Fin toalett. Mycket bra frukost och en generös värd.

De gastheer was super vriendelijk, ontbijt was uitstekend, locatie was goed en uitvalsbasis tot vele plaatsen. Parkeergarage was erg fijn. Zwembad was heerlijk na die warme dagen. Kortom een geweldige locatie en accomodatie.

Kleine tips: koelkast werd niet snel koud, wat haakjes om kleding of handdoeken op te hangen. Vloer werd niet aangeveegd. Kortom: Een aantal praktische dingen en dan is het een 10 waard.

Moderne saubere Zimmer - Nettes Frühstück - Ideal als Startpunkt für Outdoor Aktivitäten - Eigene Fahrräder kann man in der nachts verschlossenen Garage sicher parken.

Leider fehlen bei diesem Preis zu erwartende Feinheiten. Bei Ankunft ist vielen Gästen unklar, wo der richtige Eingang ist - Eine klare Beschilderung fehlt. Ein Föhn ist nicht vorhanden - Unser Bad hatte auch keine Haken um etwas aufzuhängen - Die Dusche besaß keine Ablageflächen - Man musste alles auf dem Boden parken. Es fehlt ein Kosmetikspiegel als Feinheit, ebenso wie Behälter um seine Zahnbürsten zu parken - Auch gibt es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer. Der Pool sieht auf den Werbefotos deutlich ansprechender aus, als er tatsächlich ist. Die kostenfreien Fahrräder sind eher untauglich für eine längere Fahrt - Es sind nur "Kleinigkeiten" - Bei dem Preis aber aus meiner Sicht auch Selbstverständlichkeiten. Leider wird neben der Unterkunft auch gerade ein weiterer Gebäudekomplex gebaut - Mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse - Dafür kann der Betreiber allerdings nichts.

Een aanrader! We komen graag terug.

Het was een hartelijk en warm ontvangst door de gastheer Daniel. We hadden een ruime,propere en mooie kamer. Het ontbijt was uitstekend met vers fruitsla, lekkere Italiaanse koekjes, elke dag zelf iets lekkers bereidt, vers gemaakte koffie en nog veel meer. Hiervan konden we genieten op terras met zicht op het mooie zwembad. De ligging is ideaal. Weg van de drukte maar toch vlakbij het gardameer. Op ongeveer 5 minuutjes met de fiets was je aan het meer en op 15 min in het mooie Sirmione. Wat ook heel positief was, dat is dat er een ondergrondse parkeergarage is, waardoor je makkelijk kan uitladen en je wagen niet in de warmte hoeft te staan. Het is zeker een aanrader! We hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen. Dank je wel Daniel voor de fijne dagen in je B&B.

Sehr schön, erholsam und ruhig.

DAs Frühstück war prima. Daniele hat sich viel Mühe mit dem Frühstück gegeben. es waren immer frische und noch lauwarme Croissants und Teilchen vorhanden. Ebenso gab es einen Tag frisches Rührei und Speck. den anderen Tag etwas anderes mit Eiern und Speck. wer mochte konnte weitre Getränke als normalen Kaffee haben. es gab frischen selbst gemachten Obstsalat.

der vorhanden schöne Pool war leider etwas zu warm. Hätte kühler sein dürfen. ;-)

Tolles Appartment in zentraler Lage zur Erkundung des südlichen Gardasee

Modernes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, prima Parkmöglichkeiten, umfangreiches Frühstück, toller Pool und einausgesprochen netter Gastgeber. Das Ganze zu einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis – wir waren begeistert. Scusa Daniele, abbiamo preso un'acqua dal minibar, ti pagherò la prossima volta. grazie ancora per tutto.

Das Gesamtpaket. Sehr herzlicher Gastgeber ... großzügiges Grundstück ... feiner Pool ... sehr leckeres Frühstück ... Nähe zum Lago ... idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Radfahren ... tolle Ziele mit dem Gravelbike. Gute Stimmung u. Lachen mit dem Gastgeber.

Das muss jeder für sich erfahren u. beurteilen. Für uns war das stimmige Gesamtpaket wichtig.

Gemütlicher und entspannter Urlaub - Einfach TOP

Gemütliche und moderne Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage. Perfekt, um sich vom Touristentrubel etwas zurückzuziehen. Der Gastgeber war superfreundlich und immer gut gelaunt! Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich, sauber und schön. Beim nächsten Mal hoffe ich jedoch auf besseres Wetter, damit ich auch den Pool benutzen kann. :)

Kleiner Tipp an die Frauen: Es hat leider keinen Föhn ;). Ansonsten TOP Unterkunft!

Italië op zijn best!

De gastheer van de b&b is echt fantastisch! Een hele fijne en vriendelijke man die je graag helpt en tips geeft om de omgeving. Hij verzorgt het ontbijt ook en dat was ook mega fijn. Voor een cappuccino hoef je hem maar te roepen en het staat zo op tafel. De kamer was ook echt fantastisch. We hebben voor onze trip in meerdere accommodaties verbleven en hier hadden we daadwerkelijk moeite om uit bed te komen zo goed dat het lag. Alles was ook super schoon en je had veel ruimte. We hadden zelfs een balkon. Het enige dat we miste was een prullenbak in de kamer en het was wat aan de warme kant. Maar wanneer we de deur naar het balkon open zette was dat "probleem" al snel opgelost!

Er viel niks tegen van de b&b. Het enige is dat er in de omgeving niet heel veel te doen is en dat je voor een restaurantje al snel 20min moet lopen.
