Enzo was a fantastic host! He picked us up at the station. The location was excellent. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very neat and stocked with nice goodies to eat and drink. Thank you so much Enzo!

The location was quiet, away from the main tourist areas with some good local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Dasenzano main town a lakeside 30min walk. Free roadside parking available.

An clean and peaceful alternative against Sirmione's crowd.

It was a spotless room. We were greeted in a pleasant and courteous way. Pleasant surprises such as water, tea and coffee were also thought of in the room. It is almost in the centre of Rivoltella Town, a 20-minute drive from Sirmione. The town has very nice restaurants within 2-3 minutes' walking distance. If you want to avoid the traffic and crowds of Sirmione, you can stay at this resort for a quieter and more affordable price.

Since the house just behind the property is very close, it is not possible to open the windows freely or look at the view. However, assuming the day will be spent outside anyway, this is not a big deal.

The owner was very welcoming and available for any kind of explanation. The room and the bathroom was clean and the location quiet. Da Enzo apartment was ideal for a stay near the Garda's lake and overall it was very nicely decorated. We can only recommend it and we would like to visit again.

Location is perfect. Very quiet, no surrounding noise. At the same time all local bars, pubs and shops are reachable in few minute walk. The host provide bike rent and that's is great chance to use them. Sirmione is reachable in 20-25 min.light bike ride. In short tieme is easy cover much larger area and see more sightseeing. No need to wait public transport no depending on public transport schedule. No problem with car parking, bike parking is always available. And you can easily have some prosseco for wife and some beer for yourself .. be responsible when drink and ride a bike.😀 In fridge was water bottles and juice and on table was sweets and cookies and thats all with no extra charge. That was very pleasant from host.

Very nice host, easy communication. Free water, fruits, coffee/tea and some cookies in the room. Kitchen equipped with oil, salt, sugar and spices. Free bikes.

The house is located several hundred meters from the lake, however, it is too far to walk to Sirmione. Google maps shows 7 km to the center of Sirmione. If someone likes biking, the host provides them for free. For us it was too hot that day.

perfect stayover for calm weekend tourists, bike travelers or smartworkers.

Enzo was a really nice host - he gave us a lot of tips, the fridge was filled with bottles of water, juices and tee (definitely a great surprise when you arrive from a bike tour). The room was very clean with a kitchen, a table fast internet and even Netflix. The apartment is strategically very well located in Desenzano and it's absolutely a good stop for a bike tour around Lago di Garda. highly recommended. We will be back.

Exceptional

Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, near several stores and restaurants, and nicely tucked in between two busy towns. You can rent a bike from the owner if you’d like. The studio apartment was very clean, had a queen-sized bed (two mattresses set side by side, as is typical for European queen/king beds), located on top floor. Studio came with bed, linens, towels, face cloths, soap, shampoo, shower cap, bottled water and other things in the fridge, croissants for breakfast, with jam or Nutella, kitchenette, microwave, electric portable stove, small dining table with two chairs. The staff were super friendly, and I definitely would stay with them again! Great place for one or two people. Quiet location.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Enzo, il était facile de se garer (décembre). L'appartement est fonctionnel, parfait pour visiter les environs du lac. Il est possible d'aller à pied jusqu'à l'embarcadère bateau en longeant le lac.

Absolut übertroffen!

So was Tolles haben wir selten angetroffen! Einfach alles stimmte - wie oben angeklickt nur die besten Smilies. Zudem hat Enzo viel Zusätzliches als Angebot im Zimmer bereitgestellt: Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Saft und Bier, Shampoo, Handseife, Feuchttücher, Teebeutel, Wasserkocher, zwei verschiedene Gebäcke. Danke Enzo!!!

Ik was op de fiets voor 1 nacht. Het beste verblijf tot nu.

Ruime kamer met koelkast en ontbijttafeltje. Mooie ruime badkamer. Koelkast simpel gevuld. Ontbijttafel met alle basis zaken aanwezig. Veel kastruimte. Zeer stille airco. Luiken en horren voor de ramen. De hele nacht was het muisstil. Mijn fiets mocht in de garage. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst.

Het bed is voor mij wat zacht, maar dat is een persoonlijke smaak.
