Great hosts, amazing breakfast. Would 100% reccomend

We felt like it was a home and the family who ran it were so so lovely. The breakfast every morning was super. The location was a short walk into the centre but we loved the walk along the front and we wanted somewhere a bit further away. Would definitely recommend

A space where two lovers shared their first Italian home.

It felt welcoming…stepping inside of a Italian family home and embracing the culture. The room was magnificent with a beautiful balcony.

Walking distance from the lake, close by supermarket, quiet area, air conditioning, friendly staff, washing machine and other appliances available

No dedicated space for the cooking stoves (they were portable), made it a bit uncomfortable to cook as they took almost the entire space.

Christina, the owner, could not have been kinder. Her English was outstanding and she answered every question we had timely. The room was lovely, and breakfast was fine. The location was very convenient. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Filotea - the house is amazing and Cristina was a superhost. The property has a beautiful garden in a nice quiet neighborhood and is only 5 mins drive to downtown Desenzano, where's there plenty of great restaurants. The room was large and very comfortable and we had an excellent breakfast.

Relaxing visit

Breakfast was amazing - you could choose from the list what and how you want to eat. Supernice owner- very relaxing environment. Beach in walking distance with rent opportunities for chairs and umbrellas. Within 500 m food store Penny. Miss already back here.

Very friendly host, nice big room with good airco. Breakfast served in your room or outside on the terrace due to covid. Enough choice to choose. Beach to swim is only 600m down the road, very nice place.

Busses are close by, but are not driving very often, so we walked to the city most of the time which is 30min one way.

A személyzet kedves volt, a szoba tágas, nagy szekrények - sok pakolótér. A két kismacska nagyon aranyos.

Csendes utcában, közel a strandhoz, Pennyhez. Mindennel felszerelt konyha. Még kávé, cappuccino, só, cukor, olíva olaj, stb is volt a szekrényben. Egyszerüen megtalálható cím. A környező települések biciklivel könnyen bejárhatók. Nagyon kedves Krisztina!

Nos gusto mucho. Limpio y los anfitriones súper amables y atentos. Nos dieron varias recomendaciones que fueron un acierto

Pedimos la habitación con dos camas y estas era apenas de 80. Un pelin pequeñas. Para ir a alguna zona mas concurrida a cenar debes coger el coche. Pero cerca hay sitios también que estuvieron muy bien.

Wspaniałe miejsce.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, fantastyczne miejsce i cudowni gospodarze Cristina i Andrea. Wcześniejsze przybycie nie stanowiło problemu, Cristina z uśmiechem nas powitała i wszystko wyjaśniła. Wspaniałe śniadania w zacienionym tarasi dodatkowo dopełniały to magiczne miejsce. Na długo pozostanie w naszych sercach gościnność Cristiny i Andrei który jak się okazało ma polskie korzenie. Było cudownie.
