A home away from home! :)

The proprietors were very kind! Showed us where everything was, how the keys system works, offered a desired time for breakfast in the morning, which was excellent! Offered eggs made by order by herself. The breakfast selection was plentiful, ranging from tarts, cookies, brioches, different types of yogurt, spreads, cured meats and cheese and more. A really great selection and service. The property is a mini garden of paradise with beautiful greenery around the property and on the balcony. The room awaited us nicely chilled by the AC which was a great touch for the hot day on arrival. I really liked that there was a parking spot always available and that there were bicycles available to rent in case one would prefer to make a trip by bike. One thing I can say: FINALLY a bathroom that has shelves/space to put things down and hooks to hang towels or clothing or other things! The property also offered dinner on pre-order at breakfast time, which we did not sample, as we were curious to try out local restaurants. Next time, for sure!

Beautiful, clean properly and amazing breakfast!

Amazing stay, very clean room, beautiful setup and very friendly and hospitable owners. This is a truly amazing property that cares about tenants, a real gem in the age of renting agencies, remote reception services and key lockboxes. The breakfast was also delicious and customized to our preference. This is an amazing place for a holiday that I can truly recommend!

Very good

The building is located into a very nice green area, surrounded by trees and plants which create a good shadow. The Garda Lake is very close, just 10 minutes walk from the B&B and the location is really nice. We have been there for visiting Gardaland so this was a good spot for resting before and after the Park

We loved everything, it couldn't have been better. Our hosts were amazing, the actual place is wonderful and location was perfect. Easy access to parking and to lake Gards and its surrounding areas. Wish we had stayed longer, but having stayed, we will definitely be going back for another longer stay

Very clean and well cared place with a good food, but with discomfort due to lack of privacy.

Apartaments and the garden were very clean and very well maintained. Beds are comfortable. The breakfasts were really good and full. Mery was very nice and helpful.

The owner controled every move we make. There are cameras in the house and outside - which is quite normal, we got no isseus with that, but we were under constance survilience of Andrea - the owner has small cottage in the garden with monitoring system and he was there all the time :). We felt really uncomfortable knowing that we were watched literally all the time. This was quite unpleasent feeling, so forget about privacy :) We understand the safety reasons but we felt strange. The place is really good for short visit .. but maybe not for long breaks. There is no access to the kitchen (we need to ask for an ice everytime), frigdes in the rooms are small (hotel-type) which is described in the offer, so it's not what we didn't know of. For us it was not a big problem (usualy we went out after the braekfast and came back in the evening, but just for information for those who need that kind of things during the holiday.

Beautiful B&B in quiet location

Friendly staff. Our daughter was allowed to help feed the fish and the tortoises. The room was very nice and the bathroom a dream - with a jacuzzi as a bathtub. It was perfectly quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked on order by the hostess (no buffet) and tasty. House and garden well looked after!

According to booking.com, there is a gym when, in fact, there are just three outdated pieces of equipment. Not really a point of criticism: The B&B is located in the middle of a residential area, which we found rather unusal. We had to drive a little bit to get dinner, but ended up in Sirmione, which was really nice.

Because of Andrea's lack of courtesy, I cannot recommend this B&B.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with a pleasant view over agricultural land. Breakfast was good and served by Maria who was very friendly and accomodating. The beds/mattresses were firm and very comfortable. Internet worked well. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped.

We were "welcomed," if one can call it that, by Andrea who scolded us for arriving 10-15 minutes earlier than we had announced. This was after a 400 km drive, mind you. The address was very difficult to find and little effort had been made to make visible (light up) the small sign that indicated the B&B. He then proceeded to process another guest who arrived after us, making unpleasant remarks about us to that guest, thinking that we didn't understand Italian. He was very arrogant and made our arrival very unpleasant. Had we not paid in advance we would have turned around and left. One small note on the shower: the pressure and temperature of the water changed radically every 3 minutes or so, so showering was not very pleasant. A car is needed since the B&B is located in a residential neighbourhood several kilometers from the city center. There are no restaurants nearby. I believe meals are served at the B&B but one must reserve them in advance of one's arrival. This was not made clear to us at the time of our reservation.

Mutual understanding is great, but it wasn't the case

Nice breakfast and nice building, which is new. For our resting time the room is good but not exceptional.

Sometimes you have to show tolerance. And because the owners didn't show us I will list all the things I dint like. First they ask for 100 euro cash guarantee. We also work in hotel and this is stupid. After they overcharged us for our small dog, 2 kilo dog, for need to clean all the room, when because of covid you need to clean all anyway. They ask 20 euro. I agree but take 10 and don't ask more. After the toilet stack a lot of times and the water didn't stop flowing making an annoying noise. Also the fan of the bathroom didn't stop after closing the light and it is quite noisy. The shower was hot but at some moment throw cold water and also stop having water.

Betten sind super bequem, ich habe danach auf das Etikett geschaut weil ich die gleiche Matratze haben möchte! Frühstück mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Kleine Accessoires sieht man überall im Haus.

B&B in ottima posizione con proprietari accoglienti e disponibili. Camera molto pulita con patio ed angolo vasca idromassaggio davvero delizioso. Abbiamo davvero gradito il soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati coccolati con discrezione, davvero una struttura ben curata.

Marito e moglie gentilissimi, posto molto molto curato, colazione abbondante, stanza raffinata. Angolino con simpatiche tartarughe! Se ci fosse stata una mini piscina in giardino, probabilmente non ci saremmo mossi da lì :D

Beau gite équipé d un jacuzzi pour deux pour la chambre du bas avec un petit patio prive - Nos hôtes sont très accueillants et le lieu est très bien entretenu et très joli - le bord du lac est a quelques minutes avec une promenade sur un ponton - un supermarché est proche aussi 10 minutes en voiture les places de parking devant l établissement permettent de se garer très facilement - lieu très calme

ce ne sont pas des critiques mais des précisions - l établissement est dans un quartier résidentiel donc éloigné de la ville - la voiture est indispensable pour retourner a desenzano - il est important de respecter le calme de la demeure car proche des autres maisons - l établissement n est pas grand et c est un lieu de vie commun avec nos hôtes et leur invites. pour amateur de calme

Mary und Andrea waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war super und sauber. Das Frühstück in dieser netten Umgebung war einfach top.

Gelegentlich war es etwas laut, obwohl sich die Unterkunft nicht an einer viel befahrenen Straße befindet. Das ist aber ein sehr individuelles Empfinden.

Meglio che in un hotel e con un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

E’ stato davvero un soggiorno oltre le aspettative: sono abituata agli hotel ma questo b&b non ha nulla da invidiare ad un albergo, anzi! Struttura a pochi minuti dal centro di Desenzano, curata e molto ben tenuta, pulizia e cura della camera eccellenti, ma soprattutto Andrea e Mary due splendidi gentili e preparati proprietari e gestori della struttura Dovessimo ripassare a Desenzano per un soggiorno torneremmo da loro senza alcun dubbio. Stamattina poi la sorpresa di un buffet a colazione in cui non mancava davvero nulla. La camera è spaziosa, il bagno ben equipaggiato e la wi-fi veloce. Insomma, un peccato dover ripartire Grazie del bel soggiorno e a presto
