Modern, spotless, and fully equipped apartment with private fenced parking in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, perfec

The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need (including a washing machine), and it comes with a private fenced parking space. The location is an excellent starting point for exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding towns. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful, and safe. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, with great connections — for example, about 1 hour 20 minutes to Milan and 30 minutes to Verona. The owners are extremely friendly and always available to help. There is a local shop nearby, as well as several larger supermarkets and a shopping center.

Fully recommend staying here - including at high season

Beautifully clean and for that reason it felt like being at home - even the bed sheets smelled freshly laundered. The location is perfect - and in a lovely residential area, in addition to being only 15 minutes walk from a public beach (we still got a spot in high season/August). The host answered our every question quickly about restaurants, beaches to visit, best shops…would definitely stay here again without hesitation. So fully recommend this apartment - with an air conditioning set-up that works a treat to keep you very cool!!

Gestori disponibilissimi, appartamento nuovo e attrezzatissimo, letti e cuscini super comodi, posizione super strategica senza prendere la macchina si arriva a piedi al centro commerciale 5 minuti a 10 minuti sia alla stazione che al centro/lago, zona silenziosa. Insomma un mix perfetto per un soggiorno nel RELAX ASSOLUTO.

Obiekt wyjątkowy! Dobra, cicha lokalizacja, bardzo ładny i świetnie wyposażony apartament. Rewelacyjny kontakt z bardzo miłymi właścicielami obiektu - dużym atutem jest fakt, że zawsze ktoś jest na miejscu. Duże miejsce parkingowe na zamkniętym terenie. Bardzo czyste, zadbane i wygodne miejsce. Zdecydowanie jest to obiekt z klimatem, do którego chce się wrócić!

Minden szuper volt, otthon éreztük magunkat.

Az apartman, csendes kertvárosi övezetben található, 15 percre a Garda tó partjától és a belvárostól. A közelben több üzlet és étterem található. A földszinti apartman szép, tiszta, minden helyiség moder, ízlésesen van berendezve. Klimatizált. A konyha szuper, minden háztartási eszközzel fel van szerelve. Minden igényt kielégít. Az ajtók elektromosan számkóddal záródnak. Ami nagyon kényelmes, nem kellett a kulcsot hordozni magunkkal. Parkolás megoldott a ház mögötti zárt udvarban. A szállásadó a házban lakik, nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Minden szuper volt, otthon éreztük magunkat. Csak ajánlani tudom.

L’appartamento è super rifinito, si vede la cura nei dettagli e il buon gusto della proprietaria. I letti comodi, il bagno spazioso e la cucina comoda e ampia. Quartiere silenzioso. Vi è un cortiletto tutto attorno che permette anche ai bambini di stare fuori in sicurezza! La proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze urgenti (e meno!) degli ospiti. Grazie mille!

Die perfekte Ausgangslage für einen schönen Urlaub am Gardasee.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Es ist modern eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man braucht wie z.B. eine Waschmaschine. Der sichere Parkplatz hinter dem Haus war toll. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir erhielten auch mehrere Tips für Restaurants und schöne Orte in der Umgebung. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war für uns auch ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

הדירה נהדרת - המתקנים באיכות גבוהה, והרגשה נוחה ונעימה. המיקום מעולה ומאפשר גישה מצוינת לכל חלקי אגם גארדה וגם מחוצה לו (אנחנו היינו עם רכב אבל הדירה קרובה גם לתחבורה ציבורית), ובמרחק הליכה קצרצרה ונעימה למרכז דסנזאנו דל גארדה. ג'ובאני מארח יוצא מן הכלל - אדיב, רספונסיבי, נתן המלצות מעולות לאוכל וטיולים, ועשה מעל ומעבר (כולל רכישה מיוחדת של מיטת ילד עבורנו, ללא תוספת מחיר, לאחר שכבר סגרנו את המקום ושכחנו לבקש). בקיצור, מומלץ בחום בכל ההיבטים.
