We had a pleasant stay.

Very good location, near the lake and Eurospin supermarket. Easy instructions to get apartment keys. Houst was helpful.

Air conditioner didn't work properly and bedroom was not cool inough at night. Apartment door lock was problematic. In the kitchen wasn't any bowl

Excellent apartment & location.

Area feels very safe & welcoming and you are staying amongst the locals.

Fantastic apartment and host.

We spent five nights here and didn't want to leave, our flight got delayed on the way out so we were two hours behind, we contacted Valerio to let him know it was going to be after 10pm when we arrive and this was no problem at all to him, the apartment was fantastic, clean and well maintained, beds were comfortable and it has absolutely everything you need. Outside the apartment there is a square with benches and a water fountain in the middle, we would sit out on a night just winding down before bed, we will definitely be stopping again. We checked out in the morning but had a late flight back so didn't leave Desenzano until 4.30pm and as we were walking to the train station with all our cases Valerio pulled up beside us in his car and asked if we would like a lift, the rest of the way. Absolutely brilliant host, went above and beyond for us, excellent apartment and location 👍

There wasn't anything we didn't like about..... Apart from having to come home, but we we definitely go back.

Lovely and quiet apartment in Desenzano (traveled in may)

Lovely apartment in Desenzano. The apartment is renovated and well kept: in our opinion there was enough kitchenware, coffee, vacuum cleaner, laundy detergent, towels, etc. The host is very kind and friendly and suggested us also a free parking space in the neighborhood.

The bed is a bit too small and squeaks. There is no AC in the bedroom, only in the living room.

Nice place and the host

The host is very kind and helpful. The apartments are clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you could need. We always found a paid parking place for a car near the square, although sometimes we had to wait until such a free space appeared. But can't imagine what there could be at high season.

perfect for living with locals

Live with the people: only a few 100 meters away from the tourist foot paths it was calm and exciting living with the locals . Found exciting local cafes for breakfast and received perfect recommendations from the manager about places to dine. Perfect place to start tours to the cities and locations around (Brescia, Bergamo, Milano and the lakes). The only fight we started was with some zanzare at night as we loved to sleep with windows open (no traffic noise at night). But this is not the owner´s fault.

A private parking spot would have been perfect but we always found some space in front of the house

Clean, modern, stylish Apartment in Decenzano center

Directly at Piazza Garibaldi, in the city center of Desenzano del Garda and just 5 minutes walk away from the old port, the bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is stylish, modern and very clean. there is a living room with open kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove. All there! In the bathroom there is also a washing machine. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by staircase or by elevator. The bed is comfortable and it is truly quiet, at day and at night.

There is a french balcony, which was fine in January. For a longer stay in summer, guests might miss a real balcony.

Lokalizacja mieszkania bardzo dobra- z bagażami przyszliśmy z dworca pieszo. Mieszkanie położone przy łądnym parku, w okolicy super piekarnia, kawiarnie, restauracja, lodziarnie. Niedaleko na Stare Miasto, do portu i na plażę- wszędzie na pieszo. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, na wyposażeniu wszystkie niezbędę artykuły kuchenne- garnki, patelnie, kawiarka. Miła niespodzianka- deska do prasowania i żelazko- super udogodnienie

Łóżko w salonie było bardzo niewygodne i skrzypiało przy każdym ruchu- trzeba było spać w stoperach do uszu

un bel posto centrale e strategico

L' appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutto: posate pentole, tutto moderno, ordinato molto ben funzionante. Ottimo il materasso per i miei gusti, mi riposavo bene. La casa era riscaldata e per questo ancora più piacevole, visto che fuori era umido e freddo. Il bagno fornito di tutto che serve, molto belli gli asciugamani. La posizione centrale, ottima per visitare sia il centro storico di Desenzano a piedi sia come partenza per visitare i punti d'interesse di Garda. Sicuramente da tornare. Il proprietario era molto bravo e disponibile a dare tutte le info che servono all'arrivo.

Zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Burg von Desenzano

Zentrale Lage an einer kleinen Piazza in einem Mehrparteienhaus. Die Zimmer gehen nach hinten raus, daher sehr ruhig. Hauptzugang wird nachts abgeschlossen, man kommt mit Schlüssel aber immer hinein. Netter und schneller Kontakt über Whats App. Genaue Instruktionen per Videos wo Schlüssel und Sonstiges zu finden sind.

Als Ausblick hat man nur das Dach des Nebenhauses. Die Küche war eher dürftig ausgestattet, man musste nach jeder Mahlzeit direkt abwaschen da nur wenig IKEA Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden war. Kaum Ablageflächen und Schränke, da diese schon vom Vermieter belegt waren. Nicht zu viel Stromverbraucher gleichzeitig einschalten, da sonst der FI gleich rausfliegt.
