Problem with regulating the water temperature during shower. Hot or cold. The lower pressure of water, the bigger the problem. Probably too small a water tank in gass furnace. The boiler should solve the problem. But you get used to it 😉

Bardzo dobrze, ale nie idealnie.
Mieszkanie duże i przestronne, blisko do plaży i restauracji. Wszędzie można dojść pieszo (plaża, port, promenada). Klimatyzacja i wiatrak ratują przed letnimi upałami.
Lokalizacja niestety wiąże się z dużym hałasem. Skutery, trąbiące samochody, śmieciarki o 6 rano - bądź gotowy na ciągłe odgłosy ulicy. Pierwszego dnia woda w prysznicu nie spływała. Okazało się, że odpływ był pełen włosów, które niestety nie zostały usunięte przez serwis sprzątający. Klimatyzacja też wymaga odgrzybienia, bo po prostu śmierdzi.
