Good time overall

Location. Nice living room/dining room.

3 flights of stairs. Lighting was poor. Needs some updating. Stove difficult to start. The grill on the patio was tiny and needed charcoal.

Excellent apartment. Best I've stayed at in Lake Garda.

What a wonderful apartment. The pics really don't do it justice. So spacious, the terrace particularly was brilliant. Everything clean and comfy. Our main host Emanuele was brilliant throughout, getting in touch before we arrived to make sure everything went smoothly, to going the extra mile whilst we were there. We were due to checkout on his day off, but seamlessly organised his colleague to help us. Will definitely return.

The only minor thing, and this is very small. Is that there could be a few more kitchen accessories. Some larger utensils for the bbq, and an oven glove would make life easier. Also, table salt/pepper would be good as a little touch, save having to buy them for only a short time away.

Excellent Apartment & Host, Good Location, great local amenities.

We had a lovely two week stay at the ‘Garda Star’ apartment with Desenzano Loft. The apartment was in a fantastic location, about a 10 minute walk outside of the centre of Desenzano. Only few minutes walk away there's a nice cafe, some bars and restaurants, highly recommend Hosteria Croce D'Oro for a really nice meal in a cosy and welcoming environment, or walk a little further to Honore bar for nice drinks and nibbles! Near Honore bar you'll also find some supermarkets, the ItalMark as a lot of fresh produce if you're wanting to cook/bbq at the apartment. The apartment itself was lovely and a very comfortable size for the 5 of us. The terrace was amazing and had an incredible view over the lake and surrounding mountains. The kitchen facilities were also very good and there was enough space and a good selection of utensils for us to cook home cooked meals during our stay. The apartment also had very good air conditioning in the communal areas and bedrooms which was lovely to come back to each evening. This apartment was on the top floor and only accessible by stairs, but it does have a stairlift for wheelchair users which looked to be activated with a key. Our host Alessandra was amazing and made us feel very welcome from the start of our stay! On our last day, we had several hours between check out and our flight so Alessandra let us store our luggage at the Desenzano Loft office and very kindly offered to drive our luggage there and back rather than us walk it uphill ourselves. Overall a fantastic few weeks and we would definitely stay again!

A real gem....

Myself, my husband and our two young boys had a wonderful stay at Desenzano del Garda. The apartment is very beautiful. The décor is of high quality and very tastefully done. We loved our visit and only wished we had booked a couple more nights as we would have loved to investigate the area in more depth. With kids it is ideal, there is plenty of space, 3 good size bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub. The large terrace, whilst we did not use it as it rained during our stay, would be amazing in the spring/summer and safe too with little children as there is a good balustrade wall around it. There was also a communal swimming pool, again we did not use it as it was too cold at this time of year but a lovely addition never the less! The apartment is located very centrally – a 1 minute walk to a lovely Patiserie where you can have the most divine breakfast! There are restaurants within easy walking distance and shops close by too. There is an amazing ice cream place in the Piazza Garribaldi, a 5 minute walk away too that the kids loved! All in all this place ticks all the boxes, the cleanliness was of a very high standard and it had all the amenities and more than we could have wished for. We will definitely return to this little gem if we find ourselves in the area again.

PERFECT ACCOMMODATION FOR A PERFECT VACATION!

PERFECT!! THIS MULTI STAR APARTMENT WITH ITS AMENITIES, CONVENIENT LOCATION AND SUPERB VIEW HAS CROWNED OUR SHORT VACATION ON THE LAKE OF GARDA, WE NOW LOOK FORWARD TO RETURN FOR A LONGER STAY, TO ENJOY THE SWIMMING POOL AND RELAX ON THE BEAUTIFUL TERRACE. THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE, THE LOUNGE IS SPACIOUS, THE KITCHEN IS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND EVEN WITH THE CHOICE OF RESTAURANTS IN THE SURROUNDS, WE ALMOST DID NOT WANT TO GO OUT TO EAT. WE REALLY LIKED THIS APARTMENT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

An ideal location for visiting Lake Garda.

A sophisticated and elegantly appointed apartment. All facilities and appliances provided were of a high standard making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. A particularly special feature was the spacious outside terrace affording a spectacular view of the lake, and was an ideal place for relaxation and most enjoyable mealtimes. A regrettably short stay on this occasion but most certainly will return for an extended period on our next visit to Desenzano.

Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert, der Kontakt im Vorfeld war freundlich und zuverlässig – der genaue Termin wurde problemlos abgestimmt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr groß. Wir waren mit fünf Personen und zwei Hunden für neun Tage dort und hatten reichlich Platz. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, eines davon direkt an einem Schlafzimmer. Die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen und könnten mal erneuert werden. Die Lage ist top – zum Hafen und ins Zentrum sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Matratzen könnten erneuert werden, und im Wohnzimmer wären ein paar zusätzliche Steckdosen wünschenswert – das Sofa hat ebenfalls schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, denn insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung wirklich gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top: etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und ins Zentrum, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind bequem erreichbar. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.

Geräumige und saubere Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung mit großer Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler und das beste ist die weitläufige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee und der Pool in der Anlage. Fußläufig ist die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Toller Service von DesenzanoLoft mit jederzeitiger Erreichbarkeit per WhatsApp. Besten Dank hier auch an Emanuele, der unsere Fragen immer sehr kompetent umgehend beantwortet und sich sehr bemüht hat unseren Urlaub angenehm zu gestalten. In der Anlage gibt es einen Hausmeister-Service, hier noch vielen Dank an Fausto, der sich sofort um den Wechsel der Gasflasche gekümmert hat. Insgesant sowohl die Wohnung als auch DesenzanoLoft sehr zu empfehlen!
