A lovely little jewel not too far from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend.

Had everything needed there for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfy. No issues. Staff were lovely. On a good location.

Would have been nice to have a balcony or outside area.

Desanzano del Garda

The apartment was spacious, clean, up one flight off stairs. Close proximity to town and ALDI. Emanuele who checked us in was very efficient, helpful and fixed the internet by bringing a new modem to the apartment. His English was good and communication via WhatsApp prompt.

It was a residential complex, walls did not keep out the noise of neighbours and dogs barking. The beds were not very comfortable unfortunately. No microwavable bowls in cupboard. Too many keys on the key ring, only needed 3, I think there were 8 plus remote for shared.complex gate. View our the windows were of other residences roofs. No direct sunlight or balcony for drying clothes so it took a couple of days on the drying rack.. This sounds like a lot of negatives but the apartment itself was very good.

Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Place was clean and spacious.

- No access to elevator - Basic amenities were provided with a few sachets for our 11 night stays, one washing pods and one washing machine was provided - Electricity gets shut off with breaker a few times during the night time.

Really nice appartment in great locality

Nice and clean appartment in great locality near the centre of Desenzano equipped with all you need and. By the way a few steps from the best pizza in the area. Great parking and garage at disposal (we did not use it), very good wifi also. DesenzanoLoft staff was also very friendly and helpful, they answer and help us with our problems or questions always very quickly.

We knew there is no balcony but we missed it more than we innitialy thought we will. It was only real weak point… because you know… that early mornings or late evenings sitting on the fresh air with the coffee or wine are irreplaceable. ;)

Tolle Stimmung bei der Mile Miglia, Hosteria Croce Doro super Restaurant ganz in der Nähe - alles perfekt.

Die Zimmer waren großzügig eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Lage zur Innenstadt war optimal, rund um wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das die Parkplätze direkt am Haus waren war für uns sehr angenehm. Silvia, unsere Betreuerin von Desenzano Loft hat sich frühzeitig mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und über alles vorab informiert. Diesen Service haben wir so nicht erwartet und daher sehr geschätzt. 💐

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

TUTTO OTTIMO, CAMERE GRANDI, BAGNI CON ENTRAMBE DOCCE GRANDI, CUCINA SUPER ACCESSORIATA, POSIZIONE COMODA AL CENTRO (10 MIN A PIEDI), PARCHEGGIO UTILISSIMO IN LOCO. ACCOGLIENZA DEL GESTORE IN PRESENZA OTTIMA

Appartamento carino, da rivedere check-in/out e comunicazioni eccessive

Appartamento spazioso, molto carino e hostess molto gentile. Cauzione di 150 euro con comunicazione esplicita solo dopo il pagamento e a ridosso del soggiorno. Totalmente assenti prodotti da bagno, incluso sapone per le mani!?! Da rivedere la politica di comunicazione, troppi i msg booking e email concomitanti inviati ogni giorno con lo stesso messaggio. Molto scomodo dover attendere l'hostess per il check-in - noi abbiamo atteso 30 minuti fuori dal cancello pur avendo concordato l'orario - che deve giostrarsi tra appartamenti in varie località. Idem per il check-out, per cui è necessario nuovamente concordare l'orario per la restituzione caparra e chiavi. Messaggio di reminder check-out, messaggio su come gestire l'immondizia, ecc... difficile godersi la vacanza dovendo pianificare ogni cosa.

Ubicazione dell'appartamento, pulizia e grandezza della struttura. Avevamo un posto auto, ma un vicino ci ha fatto lasciare anche la seconda macchina. Ben rifornita con tutto il necessario (Cucina,Bagno e Salotto)

Poco luminosa in salotto non essendoci un lampadario. Purtroppo per 3 giorni di alloggio non ci hanno lasciato molti prodotti per la pulizia delle stoviglie, ci saremmo dovuto comprare i detersivi per solo 3 giorni (?) Trovare le cialde compatibili con la macchinetta del caffè è un' impresa. La casa è sprovvista di balcone nel caso siate fumatori.
