Completely renovated and tastefully furnished in the spring of 2018, it is located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator, a few steps from the center of Desenzano del Garda. Despite the effort of climbing, the breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the castle fully compensates for every step, giving you an unforgettable experience from the equipped balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfasts in the morning or aperitifs at sunset. The apartment welcomes guests in a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a sofa bed, TV, dining table and a modern and fully equipped kitchen, which includes a toaster, kettle, moka, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Air conditioning, present in every room, ensures optimal comfort even on the hottest days. The master bedroom has a wardrobe, desk and a private bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC. The second double bedroom, located near the entrance, is equipped with a private bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and a practical wardrobe. Each bed is enhanced by high-quality toppers, which improve comfort and sleep quality. Free Wi-Fi and a convenient storage room with a washing machine complete the apartment's offer, along with new and carefully detailed furniture, which help create a welcoming and refined environment. A private multi-story parking lot, 400 meters from the apartment, is available upon request at a daily cost of 17 E. Starting from a week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese) will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment or the surrounding area. You won't have to worry about boxes with codes or traveling kilometers unnecessarily to pick up keys. Your personal concierge will welcome you directly upon arrival, accompany you to the apartment and remain available for any needs during your stay. At the end of your experience, the concierge will be present to greet you and ensure that everything was perfect. Assistance is guaranteed through direct chat, with quick and personalized responses, to make you always feel pampered and well cared for. Jack's Attic also offers a security deposit of 200 E, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the apartment. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a supplement of 50 E for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM. Pets are welcome with a supplement of 5 E per day. Upon request, we provide a welcome pack for your four-legged friends, which includes a bed, bowls and food for the first night. If you wish, the material will be at your disposal and you can take it away at the end of the stay, with a supplement of 15 E per night for the extra service.
