Wonderful time worth the money.

Outstanding aprartment, fully equiped and there is laundry in the facility so you do not have to take too much lagguage. We really enjoyed our stay. Outstanding pool - on photos it looks small, but it's not. Warm thank you to our host Samira.

Air condition is little bit noisy, yet you can use ear plugs provided. It helps, so it's not a big deal after all.

Superb

We enjoyed our stay in this small purpose built apartment complex. It is very comfortable, clean, well thought out and managed exceptionally by Manuel. The pool is lovely and the location quiet.

My only criticism is the noisy air conditioning. We had to switch it off at night as we found it impossible to sleep with it on which was a shame as we were then a little too warm. I did notice ear plugs were provided in the bathrooms which is unusual so I assume they were for this ? I unfortunately do not like wearing them. If the air conditioning units could be changed this venue would get 10 out of 10.

Comfortable and relaxing stay in a very new and lovely property.

Very new property with all the comforts in an excellent location. The lake and historic center are just minutes away by foot. Usually we don’t like to spend much time in a hotel or B&B but this place was relaxing with a lovely outdoor patio and pool. We also slept very well since the neighborhood is very quiet and the mattresses were very comfortable. The staff is very professional and check-in/out was easy. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay here: - Heated pool, lovely even if its still chilly in the april morning, you easily could get in the water. - Nice apartments, big enough for a family with 3 children. - Everything was nicely organised, also well equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc etc, and lots of storage room in the bedroom. - Very friendly and helping hosts. - For me as a runner, it was a nice surprise a small running trial started at the building. - Great location, easy access from the highway.

-Perhaps the opening times of the pool were a bit too short (10-16) especially if you want to do things in the day, but this was because it was early in the season and it will probably be longer in the summer.

had booked for 3 bedroom apartment 1 double, 2 single beds, 1 bed. The two single beds turned out to be bunk beds. Mistranslation on English site from the Italian site.

Lovely apartment / boutique hotel with great pool

Beautiful place with a very nice owner & staff going to great lengths for their guests' pleasant stay. Overall, highly recommendable. Apartment was super clean, and equipped with a great A/C. The pool was great, as well, with individual loungers for every apartment. Thanks a lot for some nice, relaxing days.

Nothing to change, really. (If you are looking hard for a downside, maybe the single beds could be a bit wider).

Very nice stay in beautiful appartment.

Very nice and modern appartment with two stories and living room, kitchen and bedroom. Very nice complex with pool area and host is always available and also very nice! Appartment has all equipment needed.

Be aware that it will take 10 to 15 mins to walk to desenzano.

Lovely apartments! Definitely recommend! Very clean and comfortable. Great shower! Manuel takes extremely good care of his guests.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was a little loud, but at most nights we could sleep without, because the apartment stayed rather cool.

Great Place - one of thr best at the Lake

Actually all perfect. Very nice and cozy place and dog friendly. Highly recommended also for small families. WIFI works great too and all TV entertainment option available in the room.

All very nice. I just do not like Illy coffee. Host should allow for small selection of pillows. Room on lower floor has no blinds - so our dog was up early :-)

More then expected

It has been one of the best experiences in the region for us. Modern concept combined with local tradition. Quality materials and devices in the location. Staff was extremely nice and customer centric. Location very close (10 min walk) to the city center. Easy to reach and ideal if you are a family plus dog. Grazie Di tutto

Voor ons was het een prima verblijf.

Eigen ligbedden met parasol bij het zwembad. Kamers netjes. Twee wasmachines en twee drogers ter beschikking voor huurders. Personeel dacht mee, want wij mochten de auto de laatste dag op een plek zetten, zodat wij makkelijk naar de auto konden om hem in te pakken en stond hij achter slot en grendel. Bedankt Samira!!

Airco’s blazen in de slaapkamer recht in je gezicht en maken heel veel herrie. Auto niet via het appartement bereikbaar, maar om moeten lopen naar achterkant van het gebouw. Even snel iets uit de auto halen is er niet bij. Geen locatie voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, overal trappen. Garage is niet voor gasten. Alles is nieuw, maar niet logisch ingedeeld.

A szállásfoglalás során számunkra egyetlen szempont volt igazán lényeges: hogy a második hálószobában különálló ágyak legyenek. E feltétel alapján, hosszú keresés után választottuk az Önök által kínált szállást, mert a foglalási visszaigazolásban is két különálló ágy szerepelt, és a közzétett képeken is ez látható volt. Ezért döntöttünk emellett a lehetőség mellett, még akkor is, ha a szállás ára messze meghaladta a környék átlagát, és ár-érték arányban amúgy sem felelt meg az elvárásoknak. Ehhez képest a megérkezéskor megdöbbenve szembesültünk azzal, hogy mindkét hálószobában franciaágy volt. A problémát azonnal jeleztük, de azzal hárítottak, hogy ez a Booking hibája, és különben sincs is olyan szobájuk, ahol különálló ágyak lennének – ami nyilvánvalóan nem igaz, hiszen a hirdetésben szereplő képek ezt cáfolják. A recepciós, Samira, közölte, hogy beszél a tulajdonossal, de ez nem vezetett semmilyen eredményre. Sem bocsánatkérést nem kaptunk, semmiféle kompenzációt nem ajánlottak fel, még egy minimális gesztust sem, például egy üveg bort, ami legalább jelezte volna, hogy elismerik a hibát és a kellemetlenséget. További problémák: a szállás klímaberendezése elviselhetetlenül hangos, olyannyira, hogy füldugót adnak hozzá alapfelszereltségként – a zaj miatt éjszaka aludni gyakorlatilag lehetetlen volt; a klíma folyamatosan szivárgott, ami kellemetlenséget és nedvességet okozott; a wifi nem működött, így az internet-hozzáférés, amit a hirdetés szintén tartalmazott, nem állt rendelkezésre; a szobában nem volt megfelelő sötétítés, a reggeli fény teljesen bevilágította a teret, ami tovább rontotta az alvásminőséget. A fentiek alapján a szállás egyáltalán nem azt nyújtotta, amit előzetesen ígértek. Ezért kérjük, hogy az eset kivizsgálását követően arányos pénzbeli kompenzációban részesítsenek bennünket a félrevezető leírás, az elmaradt szolgáltatások és a helyszínen tapasztalt hozzáállás miatt. A mellékelt képen látható a visszaigazolás a különálló ágyakról.

Pomimo minusów, które wypisałam bardzo serdecznie polecam ten obiekt. Zwłaszcza z uwagi na przemiłą obsługę.

Spokojna okolica. Stosunkowo niedaleko do plaży i gastronomii. Basen. Leżaki. Indywidualne tarasy.

Zbyt głośna klimatyzacja. Brak toalety na parterze. Brak wentylacji w łazience. Niedogodne godziny korzystania z basenu.
