Apartment was great and was only a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 - 10 min walk to several restaurants and the Harbour.
The host was fantastic and nothing seemed to be a hassle. After our first night, I messaged him to request additional pillows and he delivered them that day along with fresh towels.
Can't complain about anything relating to the accommodation or Desenzano itself. All I would say, is that it's a bit of a nightmare to get a taxi and the train station is about a 25 min walk up the hill.

The apartment is in a beautiful location, close to the lake and the promenade. In the heat, we really appreciated the air conditioning, which is throughout the entire apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished and has a spacious kitchen.
The mattress on the bed was a bit too old for our taste. The hot water in the shower was difficult to regulate. We would also have appreciated some furniture and a coat rack in the hallway for storing things. But overall, we really liked the apartment. Thank you very much!

Butas erdvus, lokacija mum pasirodė gera, šalia paplūdimys, iki centro 15-20 min kelio. Nera parkingo. Butas tvarkingas su kai kuriais trūkūmais, bet patogios lovos balkonai iš kiekvieno kambario.

beaucoup de points inadmissibles: une mini cafetière pas du tout pratique.
Une climatisation ancienne mobile qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Une installation électrique défaillante qui disjonctait lorsque on mettait deux appareils en route . Pour remettre le courant il fallait aller sur la rue et être équipé d'une pince pour ouvrir le coffret électrique. Inadmissible pour ce prix malgré une résidence ancienne mais de bonne qualité. Manque de vaisselle flagrant pour 4 personnes.
Electricité , clim, plus de vaisselle, une cafetière digne de ce nom. Le seul point positif c'est l'accueil sympathique de la personne qui nous a remis les clés mais cela ne suffit pas. On aurait du être dédommagés pour le manque de service
