Awesome location and staff!!

Location and views are the highlights of this place! Silvia,the person who met us is extremely kind and professional! Place is pretty big and well suited for 5 people. When we arrived they had a bottle of wine, coffee and nuts available.

I won’t consider it to be a negative. But I will suggest that they provide guests with a few basic cooking items like salt and olive oil, as well as, laundry detergent.

Very pleasant.

It was a very good location above the square with a partial sea view. There was even a concert in the square below us on the last day.

At weekends the noise from people in the restaurants below was very loud till midnight but much better during the week. A truck came on some days to empty bins around 7am. There was no plugs for the sinks, even in the kitchen, and only one sachet of washing up liquid and one dish washer tablet.

The apartment is in a perfect location, the distribution and the terrace are excellent. Parking is also easy. The city is beautiful.

Per l'immobile: posizione, pregio dello stesso, stato di conservazione e presentazione. Per i servizi: accoglienza, supporto al cliente. Una menzione particolare per Kimberly della Desenzano Loft, che con la sua professionalità ed empatia è stata un punto di riferimento durante il periodo di locazione, fino al Check-out e per la disponibilità a farci lasciare i bagagli in una stanza deposito dedicata.

Local ótimo, mas com final terrível

A recepção foi ótima. A Adreline é ótima. Muito gentil e atenciosa.

Na saída tivemos um problema. Eu só soube na véspera que o checkout seria às 10h da manhã. Minha mãe é idosa, tem 87 anos, cadeirante, tem muita dificuldade de se locomover e faz tudo muito lentamente, especialmente pela manhã, quando ela acorda sempre muito tonta. Eu tentei negociar a saída, ofereci de pagar meia diária mais, mas não foi aceito. Às 10h em ponto os cleaners chegaram e foram absurdamente grosseiros com elas. Era apenas minha mãe e minha irmã, também idosa, correndo para sair logo, e até falaram que já podiam iniciar a limpeza. Jogavam as coisas delas no lixo. Ameaçaram inclusive de chamar a polícia caso não saíssem imediatamente. Minha mãe ficou chocada, elas foram expulsas de uma forma estúpida, totalmente desrespeitosas com duas idosas. Deixaram várias coisas no apartamento. Foi péssimo!

Casa molto bella, centralissima, pulita. Bravissima, puntuale ed accogliente la hostess Silvia.

Il kit di benvenuto veramente scarno. In un appartamento così mi sarei aspettata almeno i sacchetti della differenziata sufficienti per tutto il soggiorno e così pure le pastiglie della lavastoviglie ( ce n'era solo una) , uguale per le cialde e lo zucchero. Sono in vacanza, scelgo un appartamento di fascia alta, non voglio preoccuparmi dei sacchetti o delle pasticche.
