Wonderful place, convenient, great staff to answer questions, and perfect for 4 people (there were 3 of us).

Just about everything! Great location, spacious, a nice view from the balcony.

The beds are soft and have “holes” from plenty of people sleeping on them.

Charming city, excellent apartment

Desenzano is a charming little city. The apartment was excellent, with a great balcony and view. Kimberly was incredible. We appreciated her contacting us by WhatsApp, and meeting us at the apartment when we arrived. She carried our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. She was cheerful, courteous and professional. A great welcome to a delightful holiday.

It wasn't a big problem for us (my wife and I are 70 years old, plus or minus 1) but the lack of a lift could be an issue for some people. Also, it's quite a steep hill from the lake up to the apartment.

Easy layout for 2 couples sharing. Good amount of crockery etc. and location was ideal

Would book again if returning to Desenzano

Lovely apartment, great location only 10 min walk from lakeside. The concierge staff Emanuele and Kimberly were fantastic, so responsive and helpful. They booked airport transfers for us and trains for a day trip to Venice, and they alerted us to a weather warning for the area. They also stored our luggage for us after checkout. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and bright. Note, though, that for anyone with mobility issues or injuries, the apartment is on the top floor of the building and is only accessible by seven flights of stairs. One small suggestion: the kitchen chairs (Ikea?) were all a bit wobbly and need their screws tightened.

sofa bed was poor quality and there were ants in the kitchen. The balcony was dirty and full of pigeon crap and should have been cleaned in advance.

Great apartment with great location!

very nice and well equiped apartment in the center of desenzano, the apartment offers two bathrooms and there is even a balcony with a great view over the lake, really nothing to complain about

If you travel with more people, it gets complicated to upload all the data in advance, there are a lot of instructions and you have to download an app to do the online-check in in advance

Hygienia tarvikkeet vajavaiset( shampoo ei riitä mihinkään, käsipesuainetta ei ollut tai hiustenhoitoainetta eikä suihkugeeliä), WC paperia niukasti, käsitiskiainetta niukasti, konetiski tbl1x (ei riitä) viikoksi. Ne mitä oli, ei ollut riittävästi.
