Very spacious second floor apartment with stunning views of the lake and the Sirmione peninsula.
The apartment has: large living room with lounge, dining room with separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom with tub and shower.
Large terraces where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors enjoying the unique panorama of the lake.
Comfort: TV, heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, hairdryer and iron provided.
The house has wi-fi service
Area equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs in the garden.
Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave oven, kettle, American coffee machine, moka.

The apartment is located 3 km from Desenzano center, 5 km from Sirmione and the Terme di Aquaria.
Free beach at 100 m, equipped beach at 400 meters
It is the ideal starting point for excursions on the lake and to Verona, Padua, Venice, Mantua, Milan, Bergamo, Trento, but also for tastings of Garda oil and wines in the mills and in the numerous cellars in the area.
Massimiliano will be at your disposal during your stay.
Check - in and Check - out will be done directly by Massimiliano or, in his absence, by his family. At any time and in case of need, Massimiliano will be contactable and available and will gladly chat with his guests.
The neighborhood where the house is located is residential and very quiet. The lake is very close (50 m). In front of the house, there is a laundry room, a takeaway pizzeria and a bakery with a grocery store just around the corner.
At 200 m from the house there are various shops and restaurants: fruit and vegetables, newsagent, ice cream shop, bar, butcher shop, gastronomy.
According to local regulations, heating can be used starting on October 15th of each year

Casa grande e bella, vista lago mozzafiato!
Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo, non manca niente. Posto strategico e tranquillo.

diese Wohnung ist sehr schön , Vermieter sehr nett , Ankunft und Übergabe problemlos .
ABER
bestimmt eingaben auf der Seite stimmen einfach nicht.
Der Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig , nur leider vor und hinten des haus sehr laute Strassen verlaufen
Der Wohnung verfügt über 3 Balkon ein davon mit blick
zu See. es wäre sehr schön wenn nicht 30 m von Balkon ein Tankstelle 24 Stunden geöffnet mit freistehen Waschanlagen entspreche nicht sehr gemütlich das zu sitzen.
Nach zwei stunden im Haus war uns jede Waschprogramm der anlage beste bekannt.
Zu Wohnung selbst (Schlafzimmer )
Sich in Bett zu legen was keine Freude , Matratzen mehr als kaputt wir habe nicht auf Matratzen gelegen wir sind in eine Badewanne gefallen.
eine von uns hatte die Nächte auf der Boden gelegen Weill es besser war als ins Bett.
Jede Schlafzimmer besitzt eine Riese Kleiderschrank 3x80cm breite 220 cm hohe sehr schön von draus aber drin war nur pro schrank ein ablage kaum zu verstehe wo soviel platz vorhanden ist.
Zu letze steht auf der Seite das der Wohnung bis zum 6 Personen geeignet wäre, richtig wenn mann nicht zusammen sitzen möchte.
Wir hatte 3 grosse Tassen mit Teller 5 grosse Teller, 10 Espresso Tassen , 3 Cocktail Gläser ,10 Wasser Gläser , eine Schüssel sonst nichts.
Italien Wein land aber kein Weingläser .Wir hätte gerne etwas gekocht
aber kaum möglich es fehlt einfach alles.
