About this apartment rental
Large and spacious first floor apartment overlooking the lake and the Sirmione peninsula.
The apartment has: large living room with lounge, dining room with separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds) and a sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom with tub and shower.
Large terraces where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors enjoying the unique panorama of the lake.
Comfort: TV, heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, hairdryer and iron provided.
The house has wi-fi service
Area equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs in the garden.
Kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, American coffee machine, moka.
Private parking space.
Pets are allowed.
The apartment is located 3 km from Desenzano center, 5 km from Sirmione and the Terme di Aquaria.
Free beach at 100 m, equipped beach at 400 meters
It is the ideal starting point for excursions on the lake and to Verona, Padua, Venice, Mantua, Milan, Bergamo, Trento, but also for tastings of Garda oil and wines in the mills and in the numerous cellars in the area.
Massimiliano will be at your disposal during your stay.
Check - in and Check - out will be done directly by Massimiliano or, in his absence, by his family. At any time and in case of need, Massimiliano will be contactable and available and will gladly chat with his guests.
The neighborhood where the house is located is residential and very quiet. The lake is very close (50 m). In front of the house, there is a laundry room, a takeaway pizzeria and just around the corner a bakery with a grocery store.
At 200 m from the house there are various shops and restaurants: fruit and vegetables, newsagent, ice cream shop, bar, butcher shop, gastronomy.
According to local regulations, heating can be used starting on October 15th of each year

This is a spacious unit overlooking the lake with all the convenieces and the most gracious host who was in contact asap to help.Arranged early entry .as well.Easy parking at the unit.Supermarkets were not too far and eating places nearby.Thankyou Masamilio

Massimiliano war immer in Kontakt mit uns.Der Vermieter hat uns schon vor dem Haus empfangen. Er ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.Hat uns auch ein paar Tips gegeben und war stets erreichbar.Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Sauberkeit 1A.Die Lage ist gut.Nach Sirmione nur 2.5km weit.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf den See. Kurz gesagt, war haben unseren Osterurlaub genossen.Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen
