The property was spacious, clean and well appointed. I loved having a washing machine and kitchen facilities. It was convenient to the foreshore with great eateries nearby as well as easy access to public transport.

Carrying our heavy bags up 1 flight of stair, but it was worth the effort!

Good studio with some problems.

The studio was very comfortable except for a few issues.

The advertised washing machine did not wash our clothes properly and then did not spin dry.So we wasted about 3 hours wringing out wet clothes and then rigging a clothes line out the back of the studio to finally get them dry. The other main problem was that the bed sheets were too small to tuck in.

Stunning location, nice apartment, good price

Alberto is very kind and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped and in a great location. There is private parking in a stunning garden. The city center, castle, restaurants, port, and beach are all within walking distance.

The bathroom was a bit narrow.

Fantastic apartment, location and host - couldn't be better

Lovely host - so helpful. Great location and the apartment is bigger than the photos show. Great Aircon, bed a bit hard, OK to cook there and a fridge for wine and beer and great safe parking - highly recommend and will return another time

Nice, clean apartment right next to the old town . Kitchen with all the needed appliances (cooktop, fridge, toaster, boiler) and cutlery/pots/dishes. Good internet connection and plugs available by the bed. Clean bathroom and very comfortable beds. Parking for the car , helpful host that met us at the arranged time and you can contact him anytime….I called him once in 10 minutes he came… For sure I will return back here in the next time….

Parking, pet friendly and location. The parking was very good, private and secure and we got a spot right under a tree, so that the car did not get super hot. The apartment was big, with a separate room for the bedroom. It also had a washing machine in the kitchen, which is a big plus. The owner was very friendly and told us that the apartment is in a really good spot if you want right on the edge of the touristy part, but also next to the part where the locals eat and drink. We got the best of two world by staying here.

The owner warned us about ants in the apartment and gave us a spray to kill them, but since we had our dog with us we did not want to use it too much. As soon as we saw ants, we immediately got rid of them, then they appeared again and so on, and after the first night we did not see any more ants. Since it wasn't that much of work for us to get rid of them (at least during our stay), we wished the owner might have tried to get rid of them instead of us.

Lovely town to stay in, loads of outdoor activities. Apartment makes a good base.

Location, close to old town centre and lake. Desenzano great base from which to explore from.

Street is a little noisy, but not surprising given how close it is to town centre.

A very enjoyable holiday

Property was away from central square but only 200-300 yards from main tourist areas. It was very peaceful and local food shops were only 5 minutes away. Host was very helpful and available by phone when required Ferries and bus routes were only 10 minutes away and both had acceptable timetables enabling us to visit 5 local resorts/towns.

As my wife has a pacemaker, incline on road to apartment was tiresome on occasions especially in the very hot weather but always managed.

La posizione è perfetta. Permette di essere a due passi dal lungo lago in una strada tranquilla.

La pulizia. Polvere ovunque, tappeto impolverato. C'era una scopa disponibile ma vecchia e consumata e non c'era la paletta. Nessuno straccio per lavare a terra. Agli angoli del letto matrimoniale polvere vecchia da tempo. Sopra la cappa della cucina polvere. Prima di utilizzare le posate ho lavato il porta posate perché vi erano le briciole. Nello scolapiatti all' arrivo c'erano ancora le posate di chi era stato prima di noi. Stessa polvere sulla cappa e agli angoli del letto anche dopo le pulizie infrasettimanale.. Peccato

Moc rádi se na toto místo vrátíme. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni

Ubytování bylo čisté a krásně voňavé. Byt se nachází v klidné části. 2 min pěšky jste od staré části centra a 4 min od nové části centra. Jsme rodina s 2 malými dětmi ,takže klid na ubytování , blízkost centra a lake jsme vřele uvítali. Parking je přímo ve dvoře. Alberto je velmi laskavý,vše nám skvěle vysvětlil.

Ruhige Lage beim Gardasee

Die Wohnung liegt wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom Zentrum und "Downtown",sprich am See. Ruhige Lage nicht im Gewusel der ganzen Touristenströme. Die Wohnung war komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Umgebung,zu Fuss gut zu erreichen und die grösseren Einkaufszentren mit Auto oder Bus.

Der Parkplatz ist etwas eng. Mit kleinen Autos kein Problem. Grosse Wagen werden Mühe haben

O anfitrião foi muito atencioso. Não estava presente no local quando chegamos, mas me passou, via WhatsApp, instruções detalhadas de como deveríamos proceder para entrar na propriedade, incluindo como abrir a garagem. O quarto é bem confortável e espaçoso. Certamente abriga facilmente 4 pessoas e, no meu caso, éramos apenas eu e minha esposa. O quarto é bem silencioso e as instalações são bem novas. A localização é bem central, mas talvez um pouco complicada para quem viaja de trem ou ônibus. Ficamos no 2o andar e não havia elevadores. Nenhum problema para mim ou minha esposa, mas eventualmente um ponto de atenção para outros viajantes. Há comércio próximo e tivemos como comprar os mantimentos para o café-da-manhã.

Não há nenhum ponto negativo que mereça menção. A distância para a estação de trem ou os dois andares de escada não influenciaram em nada a minha estadia.

Tolles Appartement in zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wesentliche Dinge reichlich vorhanden sind, wie Essig, Öl, Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee, Waschmaschinen-Tabs. Sehr freundlicher und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-in.
