The host and property made our experience in lake garda one to remember!

Very spacious house, huge balcony and central to the town. In a gated complex so felt very safe. The most accommodating host. She was generous, kind and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! 10/10!

A great place clean and well located with lovely space and amenities

It was just like living at home with lovely amenities. A welcoming bottle of Prosecco after being kindly picked up by our lovely host from the train station. She even dropped us off which was appreciated as it was very hot.

Perfect Christmas stay in Lake Garda

Everything was superb and Eugenia was an excellent host. She was so very helpful, advising on where to go, the best transportation and place to eat/drink. Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed at.

Everything was there what you would expect. A very special apartment - a jewel!

We have spent almost two weeks here in May 22. The host is a very nice helpful and friendly person. The apartment is a jewel! Together with its own parking place you can simply enjoy Bella Italia at its best. We were breakfasting every day on our own balkony greeting the neighbors like you were always here and they knew your since a long time. It is a quite place for relaxing your soul. It was by far the best apartment we had since we are visiting Desenzano. It has everything you need and more. Located in the center you can reach the harbour in a few minutes by foot and also our favourite Pizzeria in San Benedetto street. Thanks again to our host for a wonderful holiday - we can't wait to come back again.

Underbar lägenhet på bästa läget!

Mysigt och välstädat boende med härlig balkong mot lummig innegård. Stort bonus med egen parkeringsplats. Väldigt bra läge! Utöver det har lägenheten allt du behöver och sängen var skön! Väldigt trevlig värdinna och välkomstpresenten i kylen uppskattades! Kommer mer än gärna tillbaka!

Siamo ritornati nella "nostra" casa a Desenzano, esperienza ottima che consiglio vivamente.

Seconda vacanza a Mariposa con i miei due genitori anziani e sono nuovamente molto soddisfatta. L'appartamento è bello, spazioso e molto pulito. La posizione nel centro storico è ottima, la zona è silenziosa e tranquilla, in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lago e l'imbarco dei traghetti. Siamo arrivati a Desenzano in treno e la signora Eugenia (gentilissima e sempre disponibile) è venuta a prenderci in stazione (e ci ha riaccompagnati al ritorno), e in più si è adoperata per consegnarci le chiavi in anticipo rispetto all'ora del check-in. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e sicuri di poter contare sulla signora Eugenia per ogni esigenza.

Estancia perfecta

Casa impecable, no echas nada en falta. Eugenia deja un surtido de todo lo que puedas necesitar para la primera comida, desayuno, artículos de aseo..., y deja a mano todo lo que puedas necesitar (toallas de playa, paraguas....)..Además resaltar la disponibilidad de Eugenia para recogernos y llevarnos a la estación de tren el día de llegada y salida así como su disponibilidad para cualquier consulta.

Siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento, anche grazie alle attenzioni della sig.ra Eugenia. L'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione, nel centro di Desenzano. Il posto auto privato è una gran comodità (e risparmio). La casa ha tutte le comodità necessarie, è pulita e ben organizzata. Consigliatissimo.

Posizione, tranquillità e disponibilità della padrona di casa

Posizione ottima. La padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è pulita offre asciugamani e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ho trovato utile anche i dischetti struccanti bagno schiuma ecc Grazie ancora per l’aperitivo che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. Torneremo sicuramente Anche il nostro piccolo cagnolino si è trovato molto bene

Indimenticabile!!!

L appartamento è una piccola bomboniera, noi abbiamo trascorso il Natale ,caldo e accogliente appartamento posizionato a due passi dal centro. Pulito , profumato e attrezzato di qualsiasi bisogno . Proprietaria gentile e super disponibile. Raramente si trova persone così .Sicuramente ritorneremo . I cagnolini sono ben accettabili e coccolati.

Außergewöhnlich gut, nur zu empfehlen

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und wird durch die super nette Vermieterin außergewöhnlich. Im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation schon sehr nett und sie hat sogar extra einen Hochstuhl für unsere Tochter gekauft, weil sie keinen hatte. Als wir ankamen war wirklich alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Eine Tüte Nudeln, Tomatensauce, Gewürze, Kaffee, Spüli, Seife usw. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Im Kühlschrank stand sogar eine Flasche Prosecco und eine Flasche Bier. So was hatten wir wirklich noch nie erlebt. Ein kleines Geschenk für unsere Tochter gab es auch noch, dafür noch mal vielen Dank. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber, das Bett bequem, die Lage super (ca. 5-10 Minuten in die Stadt und zum See) und zwei Bäcker und ein Metzger ums Eck. Die Wohnung liegt in den Innernhof (in dem man auch sein Auto parken kann), daher ist es sehr ruhig.
