Lovely time in lake Garda

We had a nice stay in lake Garda, the lake is beautiful! The apartment is located quite centrally. It was quiet and clean! We opted to give our children the beds and we slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable! The roof top terrace was a highlight 😊

Nice, big appartment close to town and Beach

Nice and Big rooms in a safe residential area, only 10-15 minutes walk from Beach and town center. Washing machine and dishwasher good and supermarket only 350 meters away. Very Big, top notch jacuzzi.

Aircondition worked Well in Living area but could not sufficiently cool Down bedrooms. Showerhead in our appartment was loose and fell down several times.

Location is ok. 10 min to city center by foot. Privat free parking. Nice terrace on the top roof. Apartments size is good. Spacious. Nice view from 3rd floor.

Not too clean accommodation. Poor kitchen stuff. One big pan only. Dishwasher leaves dishes dirty. Bathroom needs renovation.

Everything was spotlessly clean, the apartment was very comfortable and the staff was attentive, patient and helpful (they also suggested some places to eat, nice beaches nearby etc). Added bonus: the lovely rooftop terrace. We had a great time and would love to come back in the future!

We had to go to another place for checking in although they brought us back to the apartment afterwards. They have to understand that people may be tired after travelling to get there so meeting in the accommodation itself is a gift in itself, We had to stand all the way while we wait for them to copy our passport, was told to pay tax and sign a form to say money is going to be deducted from My account for any likely damages. They could have asked to bring a copy of our passport and meet us in the accommodation

Praktischer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge mit dem Boot oder dem Bus

Um Probleme wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Wechseln der Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie Reinigung des Appartements wöchentlich. Lage in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Aldi in 5 Fußminuten erreichbar.

Weg vom Appartement zum See fußläufig etwas weiter als angegeben. Blumenkübel auf der Terrasse ohne Pflanzen. Mehr Grün hätte uns gefreut!

Bellissimo appartamento, completo di tutto, il giardinetto, la piscina e il solarium sul tetto delle cere chicche!!!molto comodo e vicinissimo al centro. Noi siamo stati benissimo e felicissimi di questa scelta!

Solides Appartment in relativ zentraler Lage

Die zentrale Lage und dass man mit Haustier kommen durfte.

• Klimaanlage nur in Küche und Mittelflur – keine Kühlung in den Schlafzimmern. • Tiefgarage extrem eng und steil – mit SUV kaum nutzbar, zum Glück Straßenparkplätze gefunden. • Im Schlafzimmer (Apartment 2) laute Wassergeräusche vom Nachbarn (Spülen/Duschen) – sehr hellhöriges Gebäude. • Pool stark überchlort → Kinder mit roten Augen, später Wasserqualität gekippt, selbst vom Poolboy bemängelt. • Kühlschrank & Gefrierfach bei Ankunft ausgeschaltet – Lebensmittel mussten sofort verarbeitet oder entsorgt werden.

Un séjour à la casa bonotto

L’emplacement à 2 pas du centre ville

Les photos de présentations sont réellement non contractuelles. Nous sommes tombés sur un appartement certes avec 2 chambres, mais sombre, la peinture dans la chambre parentale était cloquée et nous avons été accueillis avec des balais qui traînaient et des poubelles non enlevées devant notre entrée. Une lampe ne marchait pas dans la cuisine et la lunette des wc était cassée. Bien qu’ils ont réparé la lunette wc dans l’immédiat, les managers ont été peu arrangeants face à notre mécontentement et nous ont prié de partir dans l’heure si nous n’étions pas contents, avec beaucoup de pression. La façon hautaine dont l’hôte répond aux remarques qu’il juge désagréables sur ce site (booking) est tout à fait caractéristique de ce que nous avons expérimenté en live.

Ottima struttura ma migliorabili alcune cosine

La posizione, ottima per visitare Desenzano, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. La piscina con idromassaggio piccolina ma molto carina, ottimo svago. Pulizia ottima. Sicuramente una bella struttura.

Gli appartamenti ai piani alti si raggiungono con le scale, un pó scomodo con le valigie. I proprietari il secondo giorno di pernottamento sono entrati in casa avvisandoci che dovevano “controllare i bicchieri”, pur sapendo che non eravamo in casa, abbiamo ancora capito il motivo. Check in e check out vanno fatti all’Hotel Bonotto, che è da un’altra parte rispetto agli appartamenti, se pur a 2 minuti di macchina. Bisognerebbe fare una disinfestazione perchè il giardinetto e l’ingresso erano pieni di zanzare.

Pure Entspannung im Dezember

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt....bei kleinen Problemchen war immer direkt ein Ansprechpartner da... äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr ruhig und morgens im Sonnenschein auf der Terrasse seinen Kaffee trinken, hat soooooooo gut getan.....es war immerhin Dezember.
