A wonderful apartment, exceptionally well appointed with furniture and ornaments.

If you want 2 bathrooms make sure Booking.com do not charge you for 2 bathrooms but only provide one as they did for us. The 2 bathrooms are in the apartment on the top floor.

Fabulous flat would highly recommend

Only issue for us is it was described as lake view but our apartment (3 bedroom) did not have a lake view

Wonderful for family accommodation

The apartment is in a very central location, with easy access to all the attractions in Garda Lake area, and great view of the lake. The furniture, beds, electrical and kitchen appliances, were great. FREE PARKING on location was valuable. Maurizio is very thoughtful and pleasing. As a religious family, spending Shabbat in the apartment was easy and wonderful.

Our stay was during peak hot weather conditions in mid August. The air conditioning systems in the bedrooms are sufficient, but in the living room is weak. In addition, the main circuit breaker was challenged under the load. Maurizio was thoughtful and provided a fan, which was very helpful.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location.

Lovely spacious property in a great location to visit Lake Garda. The property had free parking for 2 cars and all facilities provided.

Air conditioning in the rooms were not effective. With all ACs switched on the fuse circuit trips if other appliances are used at the same time.

Beautiful apartment near the lake

The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully done. The balcony was very nice to sit on and relax. There is some car noise but it did not bother us.

One of the main reasons I booked the property was for the “lake view” in the description. Unfortunately, this apartment is only on the second floor and there was no lake view at all. The other thing was very hard beds. 3 out of 4 had trouble sleeping on them.

A very beautiful and well-equipped apartment. Close to the towncenter and easy to have a lakeside walk.

A coffee maker and bottles of drinking water may be helpful for those short-stay people.

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, fully equipped, and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the stay very much. It is also an excellent location for traveling, only a few minutes walk from Desenzano's city center but also conveniently located for traveling around Garda.

Beautiful apartment!

We loved all of the facilities in this apartment to include a washer and dryer! We stayed 9 nights and it was me, my husband, our 3 year old and 2 dogs! It is very close to the Piazza in Desenzano. Beautiful views from the balcony, big beds, beautiful kitchen! It was very homey and free parking and our dogs staying was free as well!

The wifi was extremely bad unless you were in the back with the big bed. We didn’t have trash bags (so had to get our own) and there was no hand soap in the bathroom (had to get that as well). But the apartment probably hasn’t had anyone in it in a while due to COVID.

Superb

Maurizio is very nice and he is helpful with all situations. We will definately come back. Golf Courses are close by as well and a great Sushi Restaurant (Sushi Zen). The towncenter is in walking distance.
