I was a bit disappointed in this property.i thought it was an incredible view and great spot but the overall decor was n

Stunning 180 degree views of the lake and a super impressive location with park beside, restaurants nearby. The bed we used was comfortable although creaky to get in and out.

The decor was a bit of a shock, in hindsight it’s clear the property photos are taken in such a way to minimise the extent of the ‘bling’ which was pretty outdated and really did not suit the space or location. Downstairs was cool but had an overpowering damp smell that was trying to be disguised by a scent of some kind. The bathroom shower downstairs needs repairs and the base doesn’t cope with the volume of water. The coffee capsules were not the right fit for the Krups machine.

Great lake view and sound of the waves

I think the biggest advantage of this place is the amazing location right next to the lake. Every morning we could eat breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the view. I also enjoyed the room with a sofa and TV - a very sunny, pleasant room due to the skylights. Close to Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda. Also, I read some opinions that the garage is too small, but personally, I hadn't had any issues with parking my car (4,5m).

The building has 2 floors. We didn't use the ground floor as we were only the 2 of us + infant. Anyway, I think there is a big difference in terms of the standard of these 2 floors. The first floor is much better - maybe the owners could think about renting them separately.

The shower drain was blocked .. it flooded and i have to do plumbing AC only in two bedrooms .. lower floor was not usable
