Everything was great, the little things didn't spoil the overall impression

When we arrived, the air conditioners weren't working very well. A couple of days later, a repairman came, cleaned all the filters, and the problem was solved There are a few ants in the house, so you have to make sure that there are no crumbs or food scraps left on the floor It's a bit inconvenient that the check-out time is pretty early - we had to check out at 9.50. At the same time, we were asked to remove all the bed linen from all the beds and not leave the dishes in the dishwasher, which meant that we had to wash everything by hand after breakfast. There was a rush, but I understand that these are the rules that we have to put up with

I’d highly recommend Desenzanoloft

We had a lovely stay in Desenzanoloft! The apartment was wonderful, very spacious and only a short walk (5 mins) to lovely restaurants and beaches! It is very close to the lake with beautiful walks. Emanuele and Kimberly were very helpful making checkin and checkout very easy. They were very friendly and lovely to deal with providing necessary information ahead of time and also very responsive to any requests for additional information!

Wonderful stay in a beautifully appointed, conveniently located and thoughtfully renovated apartment.

Exactly as it is shown in the photos. This is a beautiful newly renovated apartment in an excellent location, only a short walk from the Centre of Desenzano with all the restaurants & gelateria Vivaldi. Across the road is a wonderful lakeside restaurant (Terrazze) which I highly recommend for dinner. Lovely clean pool was most enjoyable and the spacious front balcony is perfect to enjoy al fresco dining. We were a large group, 4 adults and 3 children and it was exceptionally comfortable. The 2 car spaces added ease and convenience. The weather was very hot while we were there so the numerous air conditioners in the apartment were also greatly appreciated (each bedroom has their own a/c unit and there are an additional two in the shared living area). There were a few little teething problems but our host Luca was very professional and courteous in looking after us.

The list of rules can feel a little overwhelming but don’t let that put you off. It’s such a lovely holiday letting, it’s worth it!

Great family stay at Lake Garde

Location, size of apartment, nice pool. Alessandra was a great host. Resrvation and handover went smoothly.

Local residents in the building were reqlly unwelcoming and rude to us. They are really upset about the owner using the apartment as a short term rental.

good location , short walk to the center, spacious apartment, big kitchen , good equipped , big table on the balcony from where you can see the lake! Parking on terrain.

It is very suitable for 2x Families since there are only 2 real bathrooms and the single bed bedrooms have quit small beds. It got 2 times a double bed room with a small room together with 1 bathroom. and 2x separate WC. It is very new on the market and the host directly got us what was missing - very friendly

Wir kommen wieder :-)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war zudem sehr sauber. Der Pool ist auch toll. Wenn ich etwas kritisieren würde, dann lediglich fehlende Haken für Jacken und dass es zu wenig Kaffeetassen gab. :-) Und ja, es ist natürlich laut an der Straße, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man drinnen nichts und das ist wirklich ein Manko, das man für dieses Preis-Leistung- Verhältnis in Kauf nehmen kann.

Moderne, Stor og ren leilighet med super beliggenhet.

Leiligheten var moderne, stor og ren. Beliggenheten var super. Ca. 10 minutter å gå inn til Desenzano, den koselige byen /havnen . Der tok vi båt ferge til Sirmione , som også var en skikkelig koselig liten italienk havneby med koselige små gater og mange resturanter og små butikker. Det er mulig å ta seg en dukkert rett over veien , men ikke noe sted å oppholde seg. Men med 20 minutter gange var det en badeplass med solsenger og resturant. Den het Lido beach. Her er det rullesteiner og vondt å gå ut pga store steiner i vannet. Anbefaler badesko. Må nevne den fantastiske servicen til vår host, Emanuele. Han svarte på whatsapp på alle våre spørsmål døgnet rundt. Han hjalp blandt annet med resturant reservasjoner, fergeruter og info om sykkeleie. Over alle forventning.

Om det skulle være noe å pirke på var det ingen garderobe på de 2 største soverommene med dobbelsenger. Derimot veldig mye på de 2 andre rommene med enkeltsenger. Det hadde hjulpet på med knaggrekker her i det minste. Den største terrassen som var møblert, var ut mot veien og litt trafikkstøy. Så hadde vært en ide å møblere de 2 som var ut mot bassenget.

Es waren ganz tolle Ferien.

Für uns war diese Unterkunft sehr gut. Die Grösse der Zimmer mit Balkon. Im zweiten Bad hat es eine Sprudelbadewanne die sich leider zum Duschen nicht eignet. Kühlschrank war sehr gross. Eigentlich ist die ganze Wohnung für fünf Personen toll.

Leider können wir weder Italienisch noch Englisch. Konnten daher uns im Info - Buch nicht zurecht finden. Die Betreuerin der Wohnung konnte leider auch kein Deutsch daher war die Verständigung recht schwierig. Leider hat es auch zu wenig gleiche Weingläser, sonst genügend Geschirr und Besteck.

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Desenzano am Gardasee

Die Kommunikation mit unserer Concierge Kimberly verlief reibungslos, wir wurden bei der Ankunft bereits erwartet und fühlten uns von ihr sehr gut und kompetent betreut. Die Wohnung hat eine Nord-Süd Ausrichtung. Die Terrasse auf der Nordseite ist sehr groß, liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse und somit ist es dort sehr laut. 2 grosse Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett haben jeweils eine geräumigen Balkon nach Süden mit Blick auf den Pool. Darüberhinaus gibt es 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Badezimmer eines mit Dusche das andere mit Badewanne, sowie 2 weitere separate WCs.Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, hell und voll klimatisiert. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 separate Parkplätze im Aussenbereich.

Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne, könnte einen Duschvorhang vertragen. WLAN ist nur im einem Teil der Wohnung gut. Nachdem wir sehr Geren kochen, wäre ein grosser Topf sowie mehr Tubs für die Spülmaschine von Vorteil
