Perfect location in easy access to port and 20 minute stroll to train. Steffano gave great recommendations for restaurants which were well above the touristy norm.

Great apartment in a great location with a fantastic host!

Fantastic location with an amazing view and a really well appointed apartment. The point of contact, Stefano, is the owner and he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He provided great hidden gem restaurant recommendations & even left gifts for our kids!

Fantastic view of the lake.

Brilliant view over the lake made the apartment really special. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stefano the owner was friendly and quick to respond to our queries. We liked Desenzano which was lively without being overrun with tourists.

Location was incredible. Good restaurants were very close, the host was very helpful, the port was 30 seconds of walking from the building and it was very clean.

The area can get noisy at night but not very. This is the price to pay for the incredible location.

Stefano. He was brilliant at communicating and sorting links to places to eat/ visit. Washing machine Cooking facilities Proximity to ferries (over the road) Lift Not being disturbed by cleaners. View Size of bathroom Great pizzeria below.

Quality Time

Very friendly, responsive and hospitable landlord. He gave us advise and many recommendations for nice restaurants. The flat has a nice balcony with sea view and is located in the center of the city. Everything was in walking distance. At the opposite is a nice wine bar. We would like to come back!

Perfect, central location opposite the ferry. Lovely lake view from the breezy balcony. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we could have needed. Hosts were helpful with recommendations of where to eat, shop, rent bicycles, etc.

Fabulous comfortable apartment with views over the lake to the mountains

Location is perfect! View is fantastic! Apartment was very well appointed and well stocked with essentials. Stefano, our host, was charming, super helpful and went out of his way to make our stay even better than it was. Close to everything. Ferries across the road and more cafes and restaurants than you'll need right on the doorstep. Highly recommend Molino Apartments.

A drying rack for hanging washing on is needed. Everything else is perfect.

Superb

The original apartment we booked did not have a balcony our fault as from the photos we thought the 4 apartments had a balcony. When we explained that one if the main reasons we booked with Molino Apartments was the full Lake view, we were offered the penthouse for an additional amount. The penthouse exceeded our expectations and the view was spectacular.

The bed was built into a wooden frame, I must have knocked my shins 15 times.

Excellent location overlooking the lake and very close to the ferry. Very clean and well furnished.

Could be a bit noisy from the adjacent bar but generally quietened down after midnight.

Big, spacious apartment with a beautiful view.

Super friendly hosts. We arrived early and they came immediately to help us check in. They made sure everything was as easy and smooth as possible for us.

We had a big storm on our second night and the awning blew about and was very noisy. No one's fault, just loud. Salt, pepper and olive oil would have been a welcome addition to the kitchen - but again, you can't cater to everyone :)

Fabulous location- great comfortable apartment!

Location was fabulous- 15 minute walk from the train station, downhill! It does mean a walk uphill heading back but it was fine! Stefano was very helpful, met us & explained everything- was at hand if we needed him. Clean, tidy apartment with everything we needed! Took a boat directly outside apartment to Sirimone and Jamaica Beach, which was lovely! Lots of bars & restaurants just outside apartment. Very lively at night so some noise in the evening but it didnt bother us as we loved being central.Had a fantastic stay & hope to return again !

Central Desenzano short trip

The apartment was spacious, comfy, super central in Desenzano and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfy and the terrace an amazing place to spend the evening since the clubs are quite crowded. We were on a friends trip which was amazing because all beds are in one room. Maybe less ideal if you want privacy.

We loved everything about it!! The wonderful view and amenities, the incredible location by the lake/harbour and the host!! The host was truly amazing, he helped us out with every possible question we had, and delivered such an unforgettable stay!
