Good

It's located in the centre and has relatively good services mostly the washing machine and dryer which we found very useful. The place is very clean and it's located in a beautiful block.

The apartment has no shutout blinds (just light curtains) meaning that after 7am the whole place has light, including in the bedroom, and it's impossible to sleep a bit late which becomes very relative when you have young kids! Also, I'd suggest installing at least one tv. I understand it's a holiday location but if you want to sit down and unwind before you sleep (again, especially if you have kids) there isn't one television in the property!

Location eccellente per un appartamento ampio e ben arredato.

Appartamento ampio in pieno centro. Self check in comodo. Pochi passi a piedi e si raggiunge la piazzetta centrale di Desenzano. Tutto a pochi minuti: Bar, ristoranti, negozi, passeggiata lungolago, imbarcadero…Le foto pubblicate sono assolutamente veritiere. L’appartamento è spazioso e ben ammobiliato e arredato. Anche i complementi d’arredo sono scelti con cura. Probabilmente l’appartamento con la migliore fornitura base in cui abbia alloggiato: lavatrice e asciugatrice, frigo, piano cottura, forno, tv, Wi-Fi, etc. Stoviglie complete. Insomma tutto quello che serve. Ammetto di non aver usato praticamente nulla perché siamo stati solo 2 giorni e non abbiamo mai cucinato in casa. Infine disponibile posto auto. Sono solo due e probabilmente in alta stagione saranno sempre occupati perché non assegnati ma a noi è andata bene e lo abbiamo trovato e usato per tutto il soggiorno. In alternativa il posto auto è a pagamento e il costo è di 15 euro giornalieri (parlo del parcheggio più vicino ma sicuramente ce ne saranno più lontani e meno costosi)

Due suggerimenti. Migliorare la comodità dei divani letto che sono sicuramente eleganti come divani ma scomodi per la notte. Una, due notti si superano ma su lunghe permanenze può diventare un problema. La presenza di due ventilatori (quello in cucina è un “pinguino” abbastanza rumoroso) è gradita ma in un appartamento con questo standard suggerisco dei condizionatori. Temo che i ventilatori non siano utili con le temperature che si registrano sempre più frequentemente.
