Fabulous stay at a well presented modern apartment with balconies, close to Desenzano centre, restaurants and harbour

The apartment looked brand new, very well presented in a quiet, great location for a 10 minute walk to Desenzano centre and harbour. Excellent amenities in terms of toiletries, towels and bedding. Great showers and hot water. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking in which we did a couple of nights. Welcome pack well received although a carton of milk would have been appreciated. Any queries were answered quickly. Silvia in particular was very helpful in solving a problem with a faulty router which meant we had no internet for almost 2 days. A new one was brought in eventually. Easy to communicate with.

The system for separating rubbish was confusing. We were given a timetable for the days to leave bags out but neighbouring properties seemed to leave out different coloured bags to the ones provided and it seemed general rubbish was collected more. Anyway we were only there a few days and didn’t accumulate much. More dish washing liquid would have been helpful .. we didn’t use enough crockery to need to use the dishwasher, for which just one tablet was provided for a 5 night stay. Washing machine a bonus.

The electric was very temperamental and kept tripping off which wasn’t the best situation!

Comfortable stay close to everything you need

Great location close to the lake and train station. Apartment was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

The coffee machine is non-standard and requires coffee pods to be purchased from specialty store. Details provided of where to purchase but no instructions provided for use of machine particularly when americano coffee is preferred over espresso. One of the towels was torn/below standard and had been well used previously - housekeeping staff should check before placing in room. Doonas were quite heavy with no other options for lighter bed covers. Overall, a well presented and comfortable apartment which could be improved with more detailed attention.

We would highly recommend this apartment for families. Close to ferry which can take you anywhere.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed.

It could have a coffee maker that used standard coffee that is available in the grocery stores. The percolator needed grounds not available in the nearby INs grocery store.

Wonderful place to stay visiting Garda Lake

You have all you need. Very nice stuff person Alessandra was waiting for us, welcoming us. She explained all house rules and was ready to support at any time with everything we need. I can not imagine what else we could expect in this property as we had everything and most important thing - well working airconditioning. For sure we will choose to stay in these aparaments also next time. Thank you for providing us this excellent experience!

The apartment is clean and met our expectations as a family

The online check-in process was exhausting, even after it ended I continued to receive messages by email to check in.. Parking is problematic, even though it was shown that there is parking, it is necessary to search for parking in nearby streets, a family with children is problematic (even though there is a private parking lot that was not in use and we were not approved to park there) Requests such as extra towels or even toilet paper were eventually taken care of We arrived out of season, we asked to leave an hour later instead of 10 at 11 (check-in is at 15) it didn't seem like there was a desire to come meet us. In short, flexibility is not them!!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, modern und sauber mit guter Ausstattung. Es ist alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. (Auch eine Filterkaffeemaschine ist vorhanden, war in den Küchenschränken nur etwas versteckt ;) Bequeme Betten, zwei Fernseher, davon 1 SmartTV (im Schlafzimmer). Sehr freundliche Gastgeber - die jederzeit per WhatsApp zur Verfügung standen. Gerne wieder :) (Bild im Anhang - Ausblick vom Balkon)

Man sollte aufpassen, wenn man gleichzeitig viele High-consuming Elektrogeräte laufen hat (z.B. Klima, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Herd) kann es zu Stromausfall kommen, dieser lässt sich zwar schnell wieder einstellen, aber trotzdem etwas nervig
