Highly recommend. One if the best places we have stayed

The host has thought of everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable. It is spacious and immaculate. It is convenient to the lake and restaurants.

Taxis are difficult to obtain so getting to the property is somewhat challenging when you aren’t familiar or have mobility issues. We later found that number 2 blue bus would be an option.

Apartment is beautiful, more so than the photos and it’s also huge! Right in the centre but up a lovely side street so we didn’t hear much noise

An ideal apartment by Lake Garda.

Everything was just perfect – clean, modern, and the apartment had everything you could need, from a fully equipped kitchen to bathrobes. Also, incredible view from the upper-floor apartment with a terrace. We highly recommend visiting the wine bar La Vite 2.0 located downstairs – the food is delicious, restaurant-quality (unlike the cafés near the harbor, for example), and the service is exceptionally friendly. A nice bonus is the free welcome drink and a constant 10% discount on the bill during your stay.

People walking upstairs can be heard from the downstairs apartment which can be expected in an old building.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment in person even looked better than the pictures. It was everything we had hoped for it. The owners have actually stayed there and thought through everything you need and made it very enjoyable. View off the deck was much better than the photo shows. It was very quiet at night.

It was absolutely perfect. There were stairs up to the apartment which are photographed.

Fantastic stay, you won’t be disappointed!

Clean, spacious modern apartment, furnished to a very high standard, with all accessories and equipment you could need. Lovely balcony area with a view of parts of the lake. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the harbour and lake side. The associated wine bar underneath was also modern and welcoming, serving good wines and great food.

Didnt expect this high quality. Highly recommended

Extremely satisfied with the stay and Laura as a host. We were a family with 3 children. Felt just like being at home. We didnt expect everything from essentials to be there - espresso tablets, dish and washing machine with all detergents, ironing table and so on. I believe this qualifies as a 5 star appartment. Plus the location is excellent with restauranta and wine shops couple of metera away from the entrance. Also it was a super spacious appartment which we appreciated a lot dor our 5 people family. A little extra for the kids - some Italian sweets were waiting as a surprise. Will return 100%

Great place to stay

We stayed in piano secondi. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs with a small child. Exceptionally clean, well maintained and spacious apartment with a lovely terrace and amazing view! Location was superb; on a beautiful street right in the heart of the historic centre. Very well equipped apartment with the added touch of luxury. Far exceeds any hotel room you could book. I would not hesitate to book. Definitely one of the best apartments we've booked on holiday!

Only a very small thing. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need apart from a French coffee press/moka pot. It did have a Smeg coffee pod machine which may suit others but we prefer the old fashioned way of making coffee.

Lovely Comfortable Apartment in Superb Location

A well-equipped lovely property in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from the lake front. Great shower and super comfy bed. Peaceful location. Excellent facilities. Great terrace with lovely views. Laura was a fantastic host. Would highly recommend.

Everything!! The apartment is truly beautiful in every way.Tastefully decorated, very spacious and very well finished.The location is great too. Our host, Laura was really great, went way above and beyond to ensure we had a special holiday. She organised and gifted prosecco and a cake for my husbands birthday and her lovely daughter gave us a lift to the train station on departure. Boith acts born out of kindness as well as great service.

We would return, the only downside was the uncomfortable sofa bed! Everything else was perfect!

Host was really helpful, location was perfect - a short walk to the main city, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. We did really enjoy our stay!

The sofa bed is not comfortable and very squeaky when you move. For the size of the apartment, I feel like it would be better as a 2 bedroom. The bathroom and bedroom are huge which is great, but could have been made into a 2 bedroom with 2 comfortable beds.

Comfortable Lake Garda stay

This was a great really comfortable place to stay. It is fantastically located in the town centre and it wasn't too far to walk from the station is you are travelling by train as we were. It was a shame as the beach was closed due to works when we stayed but there is a ferry nearby that takes you to the lovely town of Sirmione. The apartment is very well equipped and was well stocked with items like tea/coffee, washing up liquid, olive oil, vinegar and washing powder. The host even left some lovely cookies for our children. Access to Netflix was great. We would come back again.

It would be good to have some tea towels - we couldn't find any

Absolutely lovely stay

Superb apartment, clean and very pretty, in an awesome location. We had everything we could possibly need inside the apartment. The location is perfect, in the charming pedestrian city center, and there's lots of restaurants nearby. The beach is within walking distance too. The terrace is big and has a great view - in the morning, you can hear the birds chirping from there, it's so lovely. We found a free parking spot at Parking Cavour, within a 10 minute walking distance (not the most comfortable luggage trek considering the geography of the streets, but definitely doable if you want to avoid paying for the private parking). Would love to come back one day!

Top quality apartment in perfect location

We liked everything about this apartment. It was in a perfect location in Desenzano. We had a stunning view over lake Garda. The facilities were the best we ever had in an apartment rental. It was spotlessly clean. The add ons were very welcome (E.g. soaps/shampoo etc usually only provided in hotels). Loads of supplies, including bottled water and fresh towels too if needed. Our hostess was very nice too. We are very happy to rate this apartment ten out of ten.

Proprietate superbă - recomand pentru un sejur romantic

Proprietatea foarte mare și frumos amenajata și decorata, cu bun gust și grija la detalii. Am stat 2 nopți, insa ne-ar fi plăcut sa stam mai mult ca să ne putem bucura de tot ceea ce oferă proprietatea: bucătărie complet echipata, terasa mare cu vedere libera, baie moderna cu cada.

Prosoapele ușor învechite și păstrate în loc neaerisit, ceea ce le-a făcut sa fie usor umede. E păcat ca un detaliu de acest fel sa scape și sa tragă (poate) scorul proprietății in jos. Am comunicat acest lucru proprietarul, așadar cel mai probabil a fost rezolvat acest aspect. Este o proprietate de nota 10.
