great getaway from the hustle and bustle

good location, shopping center nearby. There is everything you need in the apartment, comfortable beds and a cozy terrace. There is a large free parking lot next to the apartments. It's about 5 minutes by car to the lake and about 20 minutes on foot, the area is good

Nice apartment conveniently located near a retail park including Lidl.

The place was clean and all the kitchen essentials were available. The bathroom was also equipped with a washing machine which was helpful when travelling from place to place on foot. Nice and well kept outdoor space. Plenty of parking for car users. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed.

When relying on public transport, the bus service line 3 was irregular and not operational on Sundays. Had to book a taxi to get to the train station. The taxi fare was around 10 euros.

Very good

Was very close to the supermarket, which was convenient to stock up on drinks and snacks. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom were nice. Decent location for having a nice walk back after dinner from town. Not too far from the train station either. Parking spots outside. Alessia was very helpful.

The air condition was a bit temperamental, and just not cool enough some nights, but it could be because it wasn't used much before, as thats what we were told. Couldn't utilise all the wardrobe space because the top half was very high up. Top tip would be to get a mosquito repellent plugin from the shop if you are getting harassed by them.

I spent a week in July with my parents here. Very good contact with the owner - we used Whatsapp. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier than Booking shows - that's what mattered to us after we arrived by train. The equipment of the kitchenette was sufficient for us to prepare breakfast, we did not cook dinners - but there were some pots. We were in an apartment with a bunk bed (the beds are a bit squeaky), the mattresses were comfortable, and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe in case of cold (unnecessary in July). The air conditioning works fine. The bathroom is also impeccable - just a strange sound when you unscrew the water. The room was clean and tidy. There are cracks in the walls but that doesn't bother me at all. In Desenzano we moved on foot - it is close to Lidl (10min), to the train station (15min), to the beach about 20-25min. Two daily walks both ways to the lake are already quite tiring - keep that in mind if you are with children or the elderly. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel if someone has a car. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is not pretty - railway bridge and the back of the mall, but that didn't bother us either. You don't see it in the hotel. It was quiet and peaceful during our stay and everyone respected the night time. Overall a great stay and I recommend this place

It is a pity that there was no stronger lighting on the terrace - for reading or playing games in the evening. We had problems with the wifi did not always work, although the connection was theoretically.

The last bus from Desenzano del Garda was at 19.33hrs. ☹️ The walk back when your Italian isn't good enough to arrange a taxi.

Cute and efficient

The property was a nice locked community that has private apartments. Our apartment had a queen bed, a bunk bed, a kitchenette, and a tub. This was a good fit for our family dynamic (2 adults and 2 kids). The location of the property was within walking distance to a Lidl. About 20-25 minutes walk to the central city.

The sound-proofing on the room didn’t seem anything extra. We could hear barking dogs regularly next to us and the train passing constantly. I recommend bringing blankets because only sheets and a thin bed cover are provided with the cost of the apartment.

La posizione è davvero comoda, vicina all’autostrada, 30 mt dal centro commerciale e a 50 mt c’è la fermata dell’autobus per il centro

Camere e bagno prive di finestre, umidità ai limiti dell’abitabilità, pavimenti bagnati dalla mattina alla sera, vestiti umidi, carta igienica bagnata, mai vista una cosa del genere.

Das bad war etwas dreckig, Dusche leicht verstopft und auch ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, ein paar mehr Geschirrtücher wären zum Beispiel gut. Oder Gitter für den Ofen, die auch in den Ofen passen. Für Menschen, die nicht nur mit einem Tuch schlafen möchten, empfehle ich Bettzeug mitzubringen Die Stühle am Esstisch sehr laut beim bewegen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht leider
