About this apartment rental
Two-room apartment, located on the second floor of a three-storey Residence, immersed in the greenery of a large park, overlooking the lake, swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground, picnic area, barbecue and access to the lake reserved for the Residence. Free parking inside the residence.
Accommodates up to 4 people 1 double bedroom + sofa bed in the living room. Ideal for a fantastic holiday on Lake Garda and much more! just minutes from the historic city center (about 10-15 min walk) and from the shopping areas.
It offers a convenient solution for those who prefer a holiday in freedom and relaxation, immersed in the greenery of a large park with a lake view, far from the chaos of the city.
The apartment is composed of: living room with a large single sofa bed (ideal for 2 children), bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, corner with fully furnished kitchen, balcony with view, electric shutters, mosquito nets, double glazed windows , bathroom with shower and bidet.
It is equipped with: air conditioning, independent heating, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, fridge, crockery, microwave oven, blender, washing machine.
It also offers the opportunity to enjoy daily swimming pools for adults and children, tennis court, barbecue area, table tennis, children's playground, access to the lake with a private beach of the Residence (about 100 meters away).
Services included: electricity and water consumption, linen on arrival (pillow sheets and towels + blankets), courtesy set (soap, shampoo, shower gel), nr. 2 sunbeds for the pool, availability of nr. 2 Barbecues (1 in the park and 1 on the small beach at the lake) subject to availability and reservation at the concierge.
Paid services: tennis at a symbolic hourly rate of € 3.00 (subject to availability and booking). Final cleaning (€ 50.00) and Tourist tax to be paid upon checkout

We would not hesitate to return! Clean, comfortable, well-appointed; we easily prepared meals & dined on our balcony; overlooking parklike grounds, with a glimpse of the beautiful lake through trees; and dramatic nighttime skies. Our gracious, personable host, Giuseppe, oriented us to the property and alerted us to local events. He was very responsive to our inquiries. If the sun is very hot when you plan to go out, lowering the awning and the slat shades proved very effective in keeping the extreme heat out. We slept with the windows open and did not need the AC for weeks.
Leave the property, turn right, walk the scenic, bench-lined lungolago about 8 minutes to arrive at a public beach, restaurant, and bus stop. 10 minutes further brings you to the edge of town center. Vibrant day and night, safe, full of shops, restaurants, cafes, and boating options. Explore the tiny side streets. Photo op’s everywhere! If there is a full moon during your visit, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy and photograph it.
Desenzano’s treasures are walkable: the Ancient Roman Villa, Museo Civico, and Il Castello. The Museo had videos with much background about the Villa. Tuesday is Market Day.
Day trips are possible by bus or boat. Download the Arrivo App for accurate bus schedules and use the Ferry schedule. Densenzano is not only a wonderful place to visit but also provides an easy gateway to explore other lakeside towns.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von dem Stadtzentrum von Desenzano, das Zentrum ist aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es besteht ein Zugang zum See, man kann aber auch den Pool der Anlage benutzen, was wir auch häufig getan haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vemieter war nett und unkompliziert.

Große Wohnanlage mit Park und Seeblick. Am großen Pool war auch im Schatten immer genügend Platz. Der Gastgeber hat sich toll um uns gekümmert, Tipps gegeben und war immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war gut in Schuss und wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen am Gardasee. Grazie mille!
