The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a dedicated workspace for home office. You will also find a TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning accessories. A cot and high chair are available on request. The accommodation features a private covered terrace, ideal for relaxing evenings, with a private gate for children's safety.

You have access to a shared outdoor area with pools, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a children's room with three single beds, including a bunk bed and a two-meter pull-out bed. Free parking is available on the street. There is also a private garage with capacity for two standard-size cars (not two SUVs or station wagons); it can also be used for motorcycles and bicycles, within capacity limits. In the garage, you will find two loungers for the pool.
Pets are not allowed, smoking and parties are not permitted. Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. For arrivals after 5:30 pm, a supplement applies, available for an extra fee.
