With 3 bedrooms the property can accommodate up to 7 people for a pleasant stay. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a small attic with another single bed. In the kitchen-living room there is another sofa bed for 2 persons and a bathroom. Additional amenities include air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees there is also a shared swimming pool (open from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs.
